Always the best, honest service from this garage. Personable and respectful staff who treat me like a person and not just 'a stupid woman who knows nothing about cars' - I'm sure I'm not the only one who has felt this way with mechanics. Not here. This is the best garage in Ottawa! They never oversell you or anything. They only fix things that need to be fixed and warn you about things that are starting to get worn out.

Guy has always provided excellent service and support. He is accommodating, fair and honest. I had an issue with my tire balancing and they brought it right back in and made it right. I’ve done business with 4MyAuto since the day Oil changers next door caused damaged to my car while changing my tires. I had to go over to 4MyAuto to get it repaired a few years ago and was sastified with the service as well as the customer service. That interaction alone made me buy winter tires and rims for my car as well. To this day, My girlfriend and I have both bought new vehicules in 2022 and had the pleasure of dealing with Derek to buy new winter tires & rims for those vehicules and today we are swapping them out to have our summer tires put on at 4MyAuto. From the first time i’ve done business with this garage till this day, i’ve got nothing but good things to say about this place. I like that it’s local as I live in Beacon Hill and the fact that they know me by name when I walk into the door goes to show how much they care about their customers.

I went to 4My Auto in hopes that they could fix or repair my TPMS on my tire.Derek came out and had the issue fixed in under 10 minutes and told me no charge. (Side note I had originally gone to my Nissan dealership who said they would have to remove my tire to fix it/ confirm if it was broken)Because of the great service I brought my car back 2 days later for a complete brake job.Excellent customer service. Professional and friendly staff.Will be returning for future services.Keep up the great job 4My Auto!!

I have no words. You guys from start to finish treated me with upmost respect. I went in due to my passenger side window out of its track. Rather then gauge my pockets like the dealership they were very reasonable on price and did the job quick and efficient. I appreciate this team so much. Thank you so much I will definitely moving forward be coming to you guys for anything my car needs! Trust me my car always needs work lol or maybe it's the driver lmao thank you again !!!!
