Terrible receptionists. They never return your calls or emails. It’s been more than 2 years for the doctor to refer me to another surgeon. Every time I call the office they keep saying the same thing. “We will call you back” and they never do. I came to the point I ignore my ongoing pain and sufferings. But the pain is getting worse.I am very disappointed. Because Dr. Kucey saved my mothers life back in 2009. I went to see him for my medical issues which has been very painful. I asked my family doctor to refer me to Dr. KUCEY because of the good experience we had when he treated my mother. I thought he was an excellent doctor.Every time I requested to see the physician that keep doing more ultrasounds. Even though there are several issues present in the ultrasound I am being ignored.It’s very unfortunate for patients like me who relay on our medical system in Ontario and be ignored by the doctors.This is sad!

Worse office I have been! Very disrespectful environment and Receptionist. Not ever going back.

My fatherinlaw was schedule for surgery. I was given a specific date AND time. The week before when no one called for presurgical testing i called. I was told no hes not on schedule. That dr. K had MORE IMPORTANT PATIENTS!!! can you imagine being told by your drs receptionist you are not important? Needless to say we found a new surgeon. Horrible!!! And yes they never return your call!!!
