Came over and immediately had a poor attitude as opposed to his kind demeanour on the phone. Wouldn’t introduce himself even though I tried a few times to get his name, just wanted to see the space. He was upset about a 4 ft crawl space (which he didn’t even go see) and immediately left our house muttering to himself.Waste of our time.

Did not have a great experience when I called into ask if a gas line can be put into my house for a range. I was asked if the basement ceiling was unfinished I said it was unfinished and I was still asked the same thing multiple times. I had to explain that this is why I am calling to ask if someone can come in and take a look, because I obviously don't know what is needed to put a line in, the gentleman was very dismissive. I was told it sounds like the ceiling is finished

Chris did a good job, and most of it was cleaned up afterwards, but I was not happy with the following: I had asked Chris for a quote for his work before he started and was told the gas line would be close to 40 feet. Since we had measured directly 35 feet, we expected it to be close to that as well. When he was done, he told me 45 feet. When I asked to see the bill, I was told it would be sent to me by email. When I finally saw the bill, I was charged for 46 feet. Now curious, I generously measured the actual gas line installed - it was 42 feet. Not impressed.

Fast and easy.Chris is awesome and was at our house between the time he said and I would recommend him to anybody.He is very clean and tidy when working and isn’t out there to price gouge at all.We really appreciate him coming to our home on such short notice and look forward to using him for our gas needs in the future.

Very rude and intimidating guy. He needs to learn how to show respect and mannerism to his customers.I’ll mannered and rough…He should close his business if he can’t run it properly.

Reached out to Chris late on a Sunday and had him over in the morning to correct the fittings on the BBQ gas line and fix up the ugly connections that were left over. Super responsive and clean quality work. Thanks again Chris!

I would strongly recommend anyone considering this business to go elsewhere. The owner of this company is unprofessional and has horrible customer service. Absolutely disgusting how he talks to customers. If you highly value professionalism, don’t waste your time here.

Chris did 2 jobs for us, a new stove install and a gas BBQ hookup. Both done quickly and professionally. All work was clean and care was taken not to damage anything.
