Ever since my dentists moved from Family Dental " to Sterling Dental the quality has always been the same amazing. Even recently I came to make an appointment and was able to get service the same day due to a cancellation. My dentist and hygienist are so down to earth that they're like family. Same dentist for almost 10 years now"

Wonderful experience here at Sterling. First off a thorough cleaning from Kim our hygienist. Ana our dental assistant and Dr. Neda were very thorough and explained all of the steps that were taken during the examination and the results of the x-rays done.The staff here were very patient and professional for my mother's visit. She's a senior with mobility needs who requires that extra bit of attention. Sterling did a great job at providing great care and service with compassion. Keep up the great work Sterling!

I love this location . Ive had two appointments now and felt comfortable both times. I have terrible past experiences with dentists so this eased my mind. Greatly appreciated their service!

I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled Oct 30th. Within 4 day the right side of my face swelled to double the size. The pain was unbearable. I called Sterling dental and explained how much pain I was in. Pawandeep or Manmeep ( I'm not sure of the name) told me I would have to speak to Stacey but she was off and I would have to call back tomorrow (Nice!). The next day I called and spoke to Stacey. I told her I was in alot of pain and the right side of my face was swollen. She told me it's normal" I told her that the other side of my face wasn't swollen she said again "its normal she went through the same thing just continue to take painkillers and rinse with salt water". The day was Thursday she said if it's still the same on Saturday to give the office a call.The next day I had to leave work because of the pain and the swelling. I went straight to Sterling dental Dr Chekay gave me a prescription for antibiotics and said if I'm still in pain in the evening to go to emergency. By 9pm I was in William osler emergency. After a CT scan it was determined that I had an absess in me cheek which had given me a severe infection. After receiving IV antibiotics i went home at 3am. The attending physician made an emergency appointment in the morning with an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon lanced the absess and PAINFULLY stitched a drainage tube in my right cheek. $250 later I'm still on an IV for antibiotics because absess leaked. The IV is to prevent the infection from getting into my blood even further.Sterling Dental your receptionists only care about the money not the patients. The endless phonecalls and texts are only to make sure everyone gets paid. The patients are quickly disregarded once the insurance clears. If a patient calls for help it should not be the job of receptionist to determine weather someone should be treated nor should they be giving out medical advice. That's what Stacey did to me. She treated me like I was more of irritation than a patient.Thank God I didn't wait until Saturday....."

My hygienist and dentist were impeccable! They went over and beyond! I would surely recommend Sterling to family and friends. They do know how to take care of their patients.I told the staff about my insurance limit and they surely understood where I am coming from and provide my options on how to maximize my coverage.So it's like everyone working at Sterling's do know how to care for customers base on their needs.Love it!

I usually don’t feel comfortable with change but this time I gave it a try, and I’m so grateful and amazed from my last visit at Sterling Dental. Dr Neda is the most amazing dentist, she has done an amazing job on two of my feelings fill. And it didn’t take me a second to feel the comfort in her chair because of her assistant La-Toya, she gave me the most warmest welcoming before the arrival of the Dr in the room. La-Toya’s positive energy and lovely heart took us a second to connect and to conduct a lovely conversation.Clients are always looking for their comfort in order to trust their Dr.Dr Neda, you are my third dentist in the clinic please do not go, hopefully to see as long as possible, and La-Toya is an amazing human being.Thank you again for your amazing work.#teamDrNedaLa-Toya

I had a great experience at Sterling Dental with everyone here, the staff were so kind and lovely, especially Dr. Neda and Anne, they really made me feel comfortable and gave me a beautiful smile ! Thank you ladies! I look forward to returning!

Dr Neda is a phenomenal doctor! She is not only amazing at her job but she is also incredibly kind and personable! She also has incredible assistants, on my last visit I has the pleasure of working with Kathy as well as Dr Neda, the two of them made a great team and were able to care for me quickly and affectively! I would definetly recommend this dental office and their wonderful team!!

Dr.Neda and La-Toya took very good care of me yesterday. Dr.Neda has a very gentle hand both ladies made me feel very comfortable. Special thanks to my hygienist she was very patient and kind.
