I went in to this location of Clarity yesterday for a quick pack of pre rolled.Waiting in line I can’t read the pre rolled chalk board where the pre rolled are listed. It’s a few feet behind the guy behind the glass facing another direction. Hard to see.I look at a printed list as he asks me what I’d like. 3 pack hybrid please.More questions. I check the list printed and taped to the glass. No prices.You don’t have prices listed I ask? No. Only on the tablet.So joy I turn my back to him and repeatedly hit the browse button trying to get a keyboard.Nothing. No help offered he’s still talking about something else.I interrupt I’m good and went to Farm instead. They list all the prices and aren’t trying to give you the most expensive commission orientated product.Roll past this hovel.

Wow this place rules! I love these guys. Everyone here is patient, funny, warm and ready to help. I often stop in after work and in need of something but braindead after the long day and they ALWAYS understand and offer the best for me. Thanks guys!

Went in asking for high THC. Guy working seemed resistant to this request of mine to make me feel like they know what I want better than I do. After I made my own decisions, a guy pops out of the back to suggest another strain for me that won “strain of the year” while I am paying. When I leave the store and get home… I realize they sold me a 26% indica and I was aiming for around 30%.Will not be returning.

The staff at Clarity DT Victoria were great! Hardworking and they know there products and it was a huge help for me! I enjoy this shop a lot and I definitely recommend this store for anyone! 5 stars

Horrible experience there. The guy working there was incredibly rude. Music was loud. I would not recommend.
