Been bringing some of our commercial vehicles from our Fleet here for General service and repairs and the turn around they've been able to provide for us has been huge! Quick, quality and friendly service every time I go.Oh and ask for Joe when you get there, the man gets it done for our company!!

Since we purchased the Cadillac ESV from this dealership, we've had problems. I understand it is a pre-owned vehicle, however issues have to be addressed. The winter tires that were promised and negotiated before finalizing the deal were not installed at pick up time, it was another brand. Spoke to the salesman, Ruben, he said he'll look into it. Not a call or message after that. I called in regards to a whistle that is coming from a part of the exhaust and paint chipping, left a message with receptionist for the salesman to call back. It's been a few months since, and no response. I called in about 2 weeks ago again, left a message with the receptionist stating ALL that's been happening, she assured me someone will call back. Still no response. Absolutely ridiculous! I get selling a car is important, but customer service is critical!!! I find zero customer service here!

450 dollars to change my winters, they are on rims. It took 4.5 hours.Do not recommend. And dinged my for things I didn't ask to do.

What a disappointment. Don't waste your time and money. Don't believe what the people there say, keep using a lie to cover another lie.At the end of April 2022, I signed a contract to order an escalade ESV Diesel. The salesperson told me that I would have to wait for 3-4 months, and I called to ask after four months, and told me that I would have to wait for 4-6 months. At the end of October, I was told to wait until 2023. I have always expressed my understanding. On January 20, 2023, the salesperson called and told me that the car manufacturer could not produce the car I ordered. Let me re-order another car that I don't want, and say that I can't fulfill the loan interest rate on the contract, and I have to use the current loan interest rate (the loan interest rate has been more than doubled).9 months after signing the contract and paying part of the deposit, I was told that the manufacturer could not produce this car, which is too irresponsible and unprofessional.Go buy a car elsewhere, don't waste your time and money here.

Sales person Ruban and his manager Lee did not behave professionally with a lot of confusion on finance for 7 years. Long nonfutile discussions were carried, and at last, around 6 pm, I made a payment to accept the deal.Then, on the next day, around 9 am, Ruban called and confirmed that the rate has increased from 4.99 to 5.49.Again, there were some series of confusion and endless discussion.Was very furious about the non-professional approach, and I canceled the deal.Would not recommend this dealer , as they were not professional in dealing with customers.

Horrible car dealership. Huge delay (6mo) for picking up my car and the car is incomplete. Lie during the pickup saying the missing parts would be retrofitted in a month. End up waiting for a whole year without new updates. Thousands dollar worth of upgrades are not installed. Driving a Cadillac without a heated steering wheel still after a year of purchase. No compensation either. Do not buy anything from them. From the sales to the service department, a whole bunch of liers and the owner only interested in building the new show room so they can scam more people. (Especially more Chinese people, because they have Mandarin reps and are close to the Chinese community)

first of all another satisfied customer!!! bought a 2020 CT5 from DON. The amazing feeling doesn't stop there because the service from JOE YANG has been more than professional. every step from brining home my brand new caddy to its regular scheduled service has been done with upmost attention to detail. Deal ship will rip you off if you go for service. Don't buy or bring your car here. Really bad dealership. AVOID AT ALL COST

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.We already bought the car from this location, but their customer service compare to other GM dealerships is too bad. If you don't let them sell extra protection to you or don't let them do whatever they like in your deal, they are not intrested to deal with you any more.I had other 2 positive experience with other GM dealers and I know how is the GM customer care. But these guys (salesman, financial manager and others) are going to make a worst reputation for GM.

Sketchy sales people and even the manager, they force you on adding extras on your car even if you don't want it. In return they say you should be lucky you are getting a car. Also they lie about delivery of car. Do not believe them.
