Went to the pharmacy three times to pick up my prescription keeps having problems with my drug plan when I never had any issues with any other pharmacy locations before, it got thru the second time and went on a Sunday and they said they can’t do it the way before bc they can’t confirm w my drug plan if the way they did it last time is correct? Like tf??? And I have to come back again, completely wasted my time and this is so frustrating. The customer service attitude was not very nice either.

The staff here are great and are super friendly. Helpful staff for prescription drip off and pick up and the cashiers are always super helpful and friendly. Will shop here over the folks across the street. Here they treat you like a human.

I went there to get my Covid shot and so did my husband back in July and the pharmacist was the nicest, most kind one I have ever met. He explained everything to both of us clearly and made us feel very comfortable. The good news is that we are looking for a new pharmacy. We found the perfect one who gave us an instant comfort level when we met him by chance.

Absolutely love this rexall and highly recommend it. The workers are extremely friendly and easy going. The pharmacist is also fantastic. I received my vaccination here and it was smooth sailing.

These people never answer they're phone. If the front desk answers, the pharmacy doesn't. I have called the pharmacy while I was in the store and their phone never even rang. So, you put your phone on quiet because you don't want to answer it? So you're telling me if I need something that I have to drive all the way there to ask for it. I can't call in advance so that I can pick it up once it's ready? Thats horrible if you ask me.

This was my family’s and my pharmacy for over 10 years and the last nearly 2 years have been terrible. All of us have had trouble getting prescriptions that have been faxed there (from different doctors) or not having it ready but receiving the text that it is. Last year someone named Olivia contacted my doctor without my knowledge to tell him what she feels I should be on. Then called me and told me their conversation. WITHOUT my consent. I was fuming. A few years ago they had less staff and did a far better job. Now there’s more staff and constant problems. A few weeks ago I stood there and was ignored by multiple staff members, waiting to pick up my mom’s prescription. They literally took 3 people who walked in afterwards with no explanation to me until Jasmine finally said, we are almost finished. To which I responded, “oh, you can see me! I thought I was a ghost.” Even Shane who is typically a great person has been rude. Olga is just about always rude and always has been to us. I am appalled. Jasmine seems to be only one that’s still kind and doesn’t screw up. My family and I will be going else where in the near future.

I was getting the pharmacist help when the cashier to this location was rudely rushing me out and asking if I was gonna buy anything and she said " will it be cash or debit I want to close my till" as she was locking the door she said " are you heading out

This must be the slowest and least efficient Rexall I've ever been to! Almost no staff when I go in, and the pharmacy is also extremely slow. Never have enough medication and it takes forever to get any in! Wait times are also unacceptable when picking up your supposedly ready" prescription."

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 11 years. Shane is the best pharmacist in town, easy to talk to and explains things well. All staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. Store is clean and has a nice layout. Nice cooler/freezer section with a good variety!

The staff is professional, personable, pleasant. Pharmacists have voluntarily gone out for their way to contact my insurance company on more then one occasion to confirm my insurance coverage when there seemed to be a discrepancy. My questions about the new medications were answered with clarity. Pharmacists have also willingly done cost comparisons to provide the most economical purchase. As time permitted, they took a few minutes for small talk. This type of service helped me to feel like a valued customer and has kept me coming back. I have no reservations in recommending this Rexall location in our community (Weber and Northfield Drive).
