Fantastic shop for crate diggers. No mass pressed new sealed records; come to this shop for excellent digging & an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful owner. Will be returning on my next trip to Victoria.

Great experience. Went in there without a clear idea of what we wanted, and the owner, Jason helped us by gathering a selection and playing snippets of each to help us decide! Not a large place but very organized and has a lot of variety outside of what you would find at bigger shops. Thanks for the great service and sharing your knowledge of music/vinyl with us!

Prepare to spend a lot more time in his shop than its modest scale would suggest possible. SE is packed with both popular staples and total niche gems. Furthermore Jason is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated to preserving and sharing music, from local cult punk bands to obscure jazz from former Soviet republics, and you will find yourself chatting with him for an hour without ever realizing the time.He is a seasoned professional who has been deeply involved in the creative process and publishing side of music since his early teens, and his realistic approach to supply and demand is based on years of experience dealing with underground enthusiasts and major distribution jocks alike. Highly recommended for music lovers hoping to find that one coveted album and to walk out with much more.

Quaint shop, but don't be fooled! Jason is a solid proprietor and an absolute vault of music knowledge. If he doesn't have what you're looking for, he's always willing to help point you in the right direction. He even makes and distribute his own archival releases, solid quality each time. Some of my rarest/favorite records I own are from this shop. Small local business done right!

I highly recommend visiting this store. If you're interested in exploring new genres, this store seems to have it all, and the owner has great suggestions for whatever you're interested in: South African punk from the 80s? He knows about it. Colombian speed metal? Yup. Turkish prog? Try this! Zambian 70s psyche? He pulls out a bunch of recommendations. Does he have a radio show? I don't know, but he probably should!

I had such a lovely time talking to Jason and looking for records. He's got a great selection and is super helpful.

What a great experience. A small shop where you can lose yourself for hours looking through a fantastic catalogue and have a lot of knowledge thrown your way from the owner Jason flower. He even helped me dial in my turntable to make it sound the best it has ever had well worth the trip.

Victoria has lots of different shops, and Supreme Echo has found its niche.Jason is simply amazing! Always willing to talk to customers and educate them about music, the industry, etc. He is also very happy to send you to a shop that may have what you are looking for if he doesn't.This is always my first stop when looking for new vinyl.
