Treasure Hunt

Waterdown Treasure hunt is still well maintained. I have been to other Treasure Hunt places and they are always a mess. I feel like the management here is better than others.. the other one had a bad smell as well which I have never experienced here. The staff is mostly nice and helpful.

I recently visited Treasure Hunt for the first time after a neighbour told me about it. I found some good stuff at good prices but buyer beware: inspect any potential purchases for damage or missing pieces. Everything is final sale except for products that plug in or take batteries. They are continuously getting new product in and close at 8:30pm, so make sure you leave yourself enough time to have a look at everything because there is A LOT of stuff! Enjoy!

Nice place to get cheep items some of which are used and some are new. You need to check what you buy before you leave as there is no return policy except for those electrical stuff for 5 days only.Especially furniture as if they don't have their screws you will lose your money.

I had a bad experience. On 3rd July bought few furniture sets, the cashier give me receipt where been cut in the end, I didn’t pay attention. The credit card was ok, anyway. One set should be replaced / exchanged. So when I came on 4th. The manager Megan reject to exchange because of this receipt. I feel it’s totally unfair. Wouldn’t recommend their service. It wasn’t pleasure experience.

No customer service nor staff to easily find. A lot of rough products. Some products still very high priced. Store has a scent. Dirty restrooms. Not what I expected...

If you are looking for a deal and if you are lucky, you have to visit this store. Prices are great but stock availability is a problem. Usually visit this store once a month to fill up necessary items.

Mostly broken or damaged items but occasionally you can find a treasure....hence the name. Found a Sunbeam coffee maker for $8 once, it's 3 years old and works great for camping.

I was there today, when they announced that there is only 10 minutes I head out to check out. There was a new cashier under training and a woman training him. I bought steam iron. The price was there, but she didn’t believe it and she said she need to make sure this is the right price, so I wait and they look it at the website and they told me the original price. I told him there’s other one on the floor they can check the price. While the man was there to check the price other cashier came, and she was screaming and treating us badly by saying these people didn’t think we have a family to celebrate with because it is a mother’s day !!!!! It is their mistake because they didn’t know what the price not me. They make me cry and feel bed in the Mother’s Day.

Great prices and selection as per usual, staff must be overworked and people keep ripping open boxes and stuff though so that is kind of upsetting but that's people not the place. So all in all, a great experience.

I bought a toddler's kitchen, set have to many pieces are missing. This place is discussing sell Kids Stuff like that taped up and tell you it is as . can't even bring it back, just discussing for a corporate companyto take advantage of children. I will never shop at this place again. For 60 dollars shame on this company
