We were driving through Duncan on our way to Tofino when we had a shaking in our brakes. We thought our trip would be over, but Mike at H & M Breaks saved the day. Not only were they professional and trustworthy, but they accommodated us last minute and we’re quick and efficient With a fair price even with our last minute demands. I highly recommend, and we are so glad we had our work done here. Very impressed.

Great service!I called at noon on a Friday and said I had spongy brakes all of a sudden.. Mike said he had a full schedule that day, but might get a chance to look at it.Got a call a few hours later saying that he had replaced a faulty rear caliper, which was covered under warranty - at no charge!Same day fix for $0. Unheard of, and amazing!

Got stranded travelling through Duncan with - what turned out to be - a failed fuel injection pump. Had my truck towed into H&M… the guys were able to diagnose the problem the same day and order the pump. Got the parts in next day and got ‘r fixed !Excellent service, full explanation of work required and I am impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. I’d definitely recommend H&M.

Had a great experience with H and M. I was going to my dealership for the longest time, but I just got the feeling they were repairing based on factory specified lifespans of parts rather than actual need. H and M are honest and fast (always done in a day) and they worked with me to triage the work that needed doing. Would definitely recommend.

While on a trip the exhaust system of my 14 year old Nissan Versa that I bought new let go. I took it to H and M Auto to check out, fully expecting to have to install a complete new exhaust system, I was amazed when Mike recommended welding would fix it, which it did. During the fix the mechanic discovered one of the rear springs was broken. They ordered a pair in and installed them at a very reasonable cost.I recommend H and M Auto For their honesty and professionalism, and will be using them from now on for all servicing and mechanical work on my Vehicles.
