passed my N test first try!! my instructor, wilma, was absolutely amazing. she taught me so well and to the point i had so much confidence in my driving that i had minimal nerves on heading into my road test. i highly recommend changing lanes (especially wilma) to anyone who has their L and practicing for their road test. can’t recommend enough!! thanks Wilma!

Crystal at Changing Lanes is amazing! I had low confidence & anxiety getting into the car but her attitude & coaching took it away completely. She’s so professional & kind & really made the experience personal & gave me real pointers that stuck with me through my test. I highly recommend taking lessons with her or if you just need a refresher before a test like I did. I wouldn’t have passed without her!

Thank you, Crystal!After realizing that teaching my child to drive was not going to end well for either of us, we decided to let a professional do it. We researched many driving schools and decided to give Changing Lanes a try. We are glad we did! Crystal was exactly the teacher our child needed. She knows her stuff. She made our child feel comfortable and confident and had him prepared for the driver’s test, in which he passed with little issue.We chose the 8X90 package, having a session once a week till the week of his test. Crystal would email a detailed report on how each lesson went and what to work on for the next lesson. We had a couple snow days and Crystal was very accommodating in rescheduling.We plan on using Changing Lanes Class 5 Tune Up" when our child can get his full drivers’ licence.In summary

I am extremely happy and thankful for the services Crystal has provided to me.I had basically 0 driving experience, and she made me have extreme confidence in myself because of her teaching. I passed my class 7 test after having her teach me for approximately a month. She did an amazing job, she is patient and knowledgeable, and she is super accepting to all questions and concerns. An excellent and fun welcoming presence and I’m so glad I chose Changing Lanes! Thank you Crystal! I couldn’t be happier!

crystal was absolutely wonderful! i took a refresher lesson with her for my class 5 and then used her car for my test and had the best experience (and passed!). crystal just has the most beautiful energy and such a calming presence which is really refreshing compared to some past experiences myself and others i know have had with other driving schools. she helped me feel very safe and confident behind the wheel and put any anxiety i had at ease. i truly cannot recommend her highly enough!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons with Crystal. She really helped me with figuring out things that I needed to focus on before my test, and I really appreciated how well she communicated with me both during my lessons and afterwards in the little review sheet she emailed me. I definitely learned a lot of things from my lessons with her that the book never mentioned!
