I've been coming here for years. Today was sadly the last straw. I walked in, sanitized my hands prepared to buy some pet supplies. From the back of the store, the employee is saying something I can't hear. Long and short- she was asking me to sanitize my hands. Which I just did, then I explained that I just washed AND sanitized my hands and that it hurts because I do it so much, I have cuts.... and I was confused as to what she was mumbling about. She was asking if I was OK (?!) said I seemed angry (I was perfectly happy until I walked in there). Perhaps just a miscommunication but a strange experience none the less.I've attempted to pre order items 3 times, which were just small water bottles and rodent cage paper. And I've still never had a call, even after checking back in to see if my order was in...All this to say, while trying to shop local, I'll now be going elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. They make quality, affordable cat scratching posts and larger animal jungle-gym thingies.a good way to walk out having spent $170 and feel you have something to show for it

Bought a custom cat tree couple years ago. Thing is over 6' tall. Built like a tank. Will outlive my crazy cat no doubt. The price for his builds are too good. Why buy a junky one from a chain store that will fall apart?Edit* just wanted to add that I've bought a second one and was informed they will recondition their work for the life of the tree!

Extremely poor customer service. Have new staff thatare not knowledgeable and tell us to call owner at a taxoffice to answer questions? I'm new I don't knowanything" ... awful communication betweenmanagement and staff. Need to be trained in bettercustomer service."

Best prices ever!! Am careful with budget, and have looked around a lot.Just can't beat the prices, and if you ask for a product, they will order it in!! Clean, neat store, and happily, 'local'.

Nice one of the smaller pet shops in the cities that we have.Cheaper prices than most.We love the cat trees we have gotten from here.Staff are always friendly and helpful as well.
