I went there today for a specific dress after being let down by online shops.I was so amazed at the fast help by Sam. She was lovely, helpful, and dug out the last dress in my size. She helped with setting up a dressing room for me to try it on and was absolutely wonderful the whole time.Thank you, Sam from saving me from another breakdown. HahaIt's always a great experience going to the costume shoppe but today especially the service was phenomenal!

Just finished shopping with my little one in a stroller. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and assisted with carrying out my purchases. I have been buying from them for years, but was incredibly impressed with the quality of customer service after today’s visit. A great local store.

Great if you are missing an item from your costume and need to pick up an accessory or two. Whole costumes and priced pretty expensive and I don’t think the quality reflects that. Classic

Beware of buying this costume, the seams split with very little movement, however, discussing this with the shoppe and w8th their inspection of the costume, it was deemed that it wasn't fixable and I received an in store credit. Thanks to Ryan for working through this problem to a solution.

I loved the store! They have amazing staff that’s super friendly. I would though they would be expensive but to my surprise they have amazing prices and better than most places. So if you looking for your next Halloween costume or apparel go to the costume shoppe because it’s your one stop shop!

I went there today to pick up some Primal Enchanted Lilac contact lenses and they were absolutely perfect! They gave me a free case for the lenses and they provided a contact solution. They were very patient with both of my children who were in the store as well! I will definitely be returning again in three months to pickup another or different pair of contact lenses!!

We went there to get costumes fir a princess evebt. The lady was very informative and so helpful. They are on the pricier side but it’s a real costume. I checked Amazon and their prices were a little more but they are local and I got my stuff immediate so worth it!

My boyfriend and I went here the other day and we were not disappointed. The staff were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and answered every question we had. The store looked great, and I am happy we chose to go here. I ended up buying a wig & stand, and my boyfriend bought a costume. I highly recommend this store for all of your Halloween or costume needs!
