I do not have a problem with Steve's motorcycle shop they always are kind and courteous and go out of the way to help you find what you need and suggest other things that will work with your bikes there and all around good shop

My brothers and friends were on the road visiting from North Carolina and Virginia. One guy picked up two screws in his back tire. It was July 11th . Steve The poor guy was working by himself in the shop plus it was the end of the work day. He graciously went immediately to work on my friends V-Rod. Thank you . George litz. Thank you, great shop

Steve's Custom Cycle
Steve and his team were great! I was visiting and on a very short timeline. They were able to get everything ordered and completed within 48 hours on almost no notice. The brake issue was completely fixed and the cables were re-run to prevent the issue from ever occurring again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs work done, custom or otherwise.

Went to two other shops(in person) with a wheel off my motorcycle and new tire to be mounted. Was surprised to find the earliest “appointment” was 11 days away. For a tire off the bike!Called Steve’s from the parking lot of the dealership and his exact words were “bring it on in I’ll get it done before the end of the day “. Wow! They Was great to deal with at the counter and… Had it finished in less than two hours for literally less than half of the quote from other shops. I know they were very busy and I believe he squeezed me in just because that the way they roll. I’ll be using Steve’s for everything I need in the future.

The mechanic was amazing in our discussion when trying to make an appointment. There was no person at the desk. The mechanic took my info in a ledger. The manager called 3 weeks later stating the ledger was lost. During the 3 weeks, went to YOUTUBE University and did the work myself. Would go back just because the mechanic was so knowledgeable.

Was recommended to come here, but left with a bill more than double the quoted amount, and that many unnecessary things had been done, and without any prior authorization.
