Tom came after hours to rescue my mom during a heat wave to repair her air conditioning. He is a lovely man who loves the work that he does and it’s obvious. He does come when he says he will and if he is going to be late he will call. It is difficult to get people to commit in the area period! Thanks Tom for your professionalism and commitment!

This really ignorant receptionist call me today because she was upset I left her a message of how the laundry Mat in shawville was so dirty disgusting floor more then half of the machine did not work. and she add the edacity to give me a hard time when they are the one not doing there job also the ones who don't have respect for there clients because they keep steeling money with broken machine us clients keep losing money I do not recommend any of these places to customers because because she cant handle upset customers because she thinks she is always right , she as for respect I got none at all for her.
