Don't ever go to this place, meaning the doctors office upstairs, stay away frm thus place, the doctors are uneducated, they wrk here because, they wouldn't be excepted anywhere else, very low budget, and will put you in situations that will cause you major problems, please listen to my review,. Especially if u end up meeting a nurse practitioner by the name if Juliana, omg she has major issues, PLEASE IF U INTERACT WITH HER GET OUT FAST, RUN

The Psychiatrist at this place is the worst. do yourself a favour and do not book an appointment with her you will feel judged and not understood. she doesn’t really care about your mental health she is rude as hell and very judgemental. It was a waste of time booking with her because she was more worried about the wrong stuff and not my mental health. She didn’t actually tell me what really could be going on,I thought they were supposed to give me a diagnosis? She ruined my whole day. She wasent even listening to anything i was saying and asked irrelevant questions.she discredited me a lot. I could go on but I’m gonna stop their. Just do your self a favour and don’t bother booking with her it is a waste of time. I’m currently gonna look for a better Psychiatrist will focus more on my mental health

They offer so many services for free if you are a client there that are not covered by your Ontario Health Card that you would otherwise have to pay for.They also have food programs, needle exchange programs and a safe injection site. The clinic even paid for a prescription for me that I needed that was not covered under ODSP. They really care for their clients. I always get a prompt response to my calls, quick phone appointments, usually within 3 days. In overdone appointment wait times aren't bad neither. For non urgent matters you can usually get an appointment with 2 - 3 weeks.The nurses are very caring and patient, all of them. Trust me I know. I have a 30 year old developmentally disabled daughter who can try anyone's patient's and they all take their time with her.I can not recommend this clinic enough.

My doctor can do nothing for me because she doesn't understand my disease, but she has also done nothing to suggest a specialist so I've found them on my own. When I finally got a US-based specialist who recommended one medication that was available in Canada, Dr Wong refused to prescribe it because she didn't feel comfortable". I'm bed bound 15 years

Very welcoming place and excellent staff if you or anyone you know has hep C you can get treatment done there I did I'm hep C clear 98% recovery new medication

My caregivers are Marianne cheetham and my physician is Dr.Alison ashamalla I'm lucky to have them as my caregivers they are kind sincere and very professional...it has been almost 13 years since I'm with them and I look forward for many more years to be under their medical supervision...south riverdale is highly recommended...

There is so many different options available at South Riverdale there's a clinic free dental housing workers they have a bike Workshop they have at cooking classes they have women's morning and they also have a harm reduction site. They offer help to everyone.

It's friendly staffer perfect they deal with a lot of day-to-day incidents but they are perfect everyday is a different day but they still come to work keep it up staff doing good
