Had an issue with my sled while out on a trip. I showed up to Pete's in the morning with no appointment and the service staff got my machine in right away. The techs fixed it and I was on the trail within a half hour. Thanks for the help!

We were doing the rap tour stopped in petawawa to stay a couple nights on the way there from where we parked we had a sled blow a secondary clutch. Phoned the dealer they got us in first thing in the morning it was great. We ran into more problems the next day they helped us get the sled back to the dealer after hours and again got it in asap got it fixed the people there were fantastic friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get us back riding. If I’m ever sledding there. They got my business We even had a guy trade his in on a used one they had there. They made that easy and painless too. Thanks to everyone there you guys are the best.

Pete's sports shop is with out a doubt one of the best runned shops in Eastern Ontario. I feel great about snowmobiling again with these guys an gals in my corner.

Usually pretty good to deal with but the last few times it has been a struggle to get any info or help. Called two weeks ago for curiosities sake about order and delivery times on new sxs machines and was told by sales that there is no such thing as ordering a machine anymore - whatever they have in stock is all they can sell. Then today, I called to book a snowmobile in for routine oil change and inspection service before I store it but when I said I didn’t buy it there, I was cut off and told they won’t be servicing snowmobiles until fall, they have switched over to Seadoo’s and ATVs - not sure what there is to switch over, it’s the same oil, filters and tools. It has been an odd experience lately to say the least!

I always liked this dealership, until now. I made an appointment for trail ready maintenance (fluids and lube) a month ago. Told to have it there for 9am, which I did. I live an hr away. They know this. I come back 4hrs later and the sled is still outside. Not happy. Update : I was given a break on the labour for my wait time. Its appreciated. They explained that out of town customers normally given priority if waiting in town. Chalk it up to communication.

Excellent service. Rolled in 10 mins before closing on a Saturday for a quick adjustment and they took me in right away.

Shoutout to the friendly staff at Pete's place! Was on the beginning of a 1600km snowmobile trip when 180 km into the trip, my snowmobile started running on 1 cylinder. Limped it to Pete's place where they quickly diagnosed it with a bad sparkplug wire. No new ones were available so they took one off a used sled for sale and got me on my way again asap. Couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks again to all the staff, much appreciated! - Al

My thanks go out Once again Pete's sale and service saving our ride. We ride in from Haliburton on the family day weekend and one of our machines had an engine light come on causing it to go into limp mode. They were already close when we got there by 3pm. On Saturday. But we noticed someone in the yard and called out. He came up to the gate and asked what was up. We thought we needed plugs . But the he asked us to bring the machine in and he oped up for us. Taking the time to hook up to the computer and clear the codes and get the machine back up and running good for the rest of the trip. This is the second time that Pete's has saved our ride. The first time was back in 1998. Actually pulling a machine off the showroom floor to get us the part we needed to keep us going. Many thanks to Todd and his team for helping up out. Many other dealerships in Ontario need to step up to meet this kind of customer service. We will definitely be giving you a call when the time come for some new machines. Thanks againRoman

Not sure how they deal with clients who bring in new snowmobiles. I brought in my older working sled that was a little boggy to get the carbs cleaned they let it sit in the yard for 2 months and it came back no longer turning over. They charged me for a carb clean, I inspected the carbs and took them apart when it got back and they didn’t even clean out the bottom bowls. Still green. They also messed around with the idle.I don’t recommend bringing in older sleds as they don’t really care when they have nice new equipment to work on endlessly.
