They need to fix the women's changing room/bathroom... It has been over a year I've been attending this facility and they still have plumbing issues. The bathroom/changing room is always dirty. No soap. Garbages are always full.... Other than that, it's fine I guess

I've been a loyal customer for almost five years now, and to be honest, the number of people is getting too large to the point where the gym staff is NOT actively taking care of the gym. Bathrooms need to be cleaned and resupplied with soap way more often. Management is key here and there isn't enough of it. Unless this poorly-managed gym can't supply more effort in regard to the increase in people, I will gladly be leaving this gym in no time.

Highly recommend this gym. I was hesitant on getting a personal trainer and it turned out to be the best decision. If you have the choice ask for Souky. She commits herself to each of her clients and develops personalized programs to help you reach your goals and go beyond with great patience and motivation.

I can't remember the last time there was soap in the mens washroom, then they charge you extra fees for maintenance very bad experience i wouldnt recommend, you pay the price of the gold gym to get the econofitness experience.

Really happy with my experience at Fitforme. The staff always greets you when you come in and they keep it clean. My only issue is that if ever you need to call them to give a new CC or just for information they never answer the phones. A staff member told me the music is loud and they can’t hear the phones…. It’s highly frustrating. When I go in person I don’t have time to wait to be served since waiting times can be lengthy there when the staff is busy at the juice station. Otherwise, I do enjoy the atmosphere overall.

Been going to this gym when it was fitforme back in 2011. Since the recent expansion and renovation it's a very well equipped and complete gym for the price. Staff is friendly. Gets busy as any gym normally would. The morning regulars are a great bunch of people. I enjoy my training sessions.

Great gym, clean! Sometimes very busy but plenty of machines to use. Love the woman’s section! I had signed up with a personal trainer back in November and Annie is absolutely amazing! I did not have much faith in my results but she kept pushing me to do more and I am content with the end result! If you need a trainer, I highly recommend Annie with her good attitude and the motivation she provides!

Been with this gym for about 6 years now. Leaving this gym when my contract ends. This gym is so adamant about brining in more customers (definitely more than operating capacity) that they're loosing so many long time customers. Bathrooms are disgusting, never maintained. Gym's should have cleaning necessities, yet it's rare to ever see the washrooms with paper towels, OR EVEN SOAP. Toilets are clearly never cleaned. Never seen more disgusting bathrooms. As well, the gym is pretty infamous for it's false charges and hidden fees. As well, any gym owner always accounts equipment damages. However, if equipment is broken here, like a double free cable in the corner of their gym, it will take MONTHS to fix. Any person that knows the difference between a good and bad gym will tell you the same thing: horribly managed. As well, the gym is way over capacity, a lot of them being douchebags. EDIT: Please give me your contact info so we could discuss this. As well, I'm pretty sure 90% of the positive reviews are fake. None are telling the truth.
