This place is the worst. They cancelled my last appointment saying groomer was injured, I tried to return for the next time my dog needed grooming and they said I’m no longer on their list. I now see why their rating is so low. Upward and onward for big Gus!

I have been taking my dog Charlie here for years. The service is amazing. My dog gets very anxious but Alicia makes him feel comfortable and he is able to clam down quickly. Which In turn she is able to give him a great cut. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here!!!

Worst customer service ever

I would recommend avoiding this place. I brought my dog here for grooming its entire life (now 15 years old) and our most recent visit will be our last. I dropped off a perfectly healthy dog and was given back a dog with an injured eye. A trip to the vet revealed that our dog had a Corneal Ulcer. One of the most common causes of this condition is a chemical burn from shampoo; and this is what we concluded happened to our dog. Having said that, accidents happen, so we escalated this to the owner in hopes that he would do the right thing and help us out with the vet bills that we incurred due to their service. We were told that way back when we first took our dog there we signed a waiver; the gist of which was that we can’t hold them accountable for any injury that happens to our dog during their grooming process. He also said that our dog was old and that meant it took longer to heal from things like this. Okay, so no legal recourse but he blew an opportunity to do the right thing. That is who you are dealing with here. No accountability, and no respect for valued customers.

Great service. Friendly staff and they do a brilliant job. Our fur babies go for both grooming and simple clippings.

I bright my dogs here for a really good brush out (pugs) and they gave them back they were both covered in fur and did t look like they had been brushed at all and one had a raw area on her neck. Will not be going back.
