I recently went through an extensive search for an AC for the cottage. I selected Bangs in the end. They were not the cheapest, but value for money I came out way ahead. They were prompt, accommodating, innovative and helpful-even registering my warranty . The entire team from Sales. Logistics, Installation to Accounts Payable were truly professional. Shout out to Jamie and Matt who did the installation, Anne Marie who helped with invoicing, Joseph who helped me pick the right system and Sara who accommodated my needs. I would highly recommend Bangs. Beyond the AC they have a dedicated team which is often much more important. It looks amazing, and they left my place cleaner than when they came.

Fraud! They automatically charged my card for automatic budget billing and we sold our house and they wouldn't refund the amount they charged nor would they send oil! They just STOLE $400 from me! Completely horrible scam and disgusting business! NEVER give them your card info!

Bangs Fuels has over the past 10 years installed a propane fireplace and a propane heater in my cottage and a complete installation of a propane furnace heating system in my renovated house. They have a top notch team of service technicians that have quickly and effectively resolved any issues I have had. They have maintained the equipment to keep it in top working order. Their fuel delivery has always been scheduled perfectly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that do what they say they will at a good price. A great local business.

Awful service. We asked for a remote thermostat for our propane fireplace for over a year and there was always some sort of excuse like, oh we'll get back to you and so on. Then we had them come out to clean or furnace and propane stove before we start using them for the winter and they red tagged our furnace and said that the office would call us and tell us what needed to be fixed and of course we got the famous answer of, oh we'll call you back, or well the report hasn't come in yet. They were suppose to clean our propane fireplace and I thought these workers knew what they were doing but apparently not because he looked at it and said it needed a new switch. I thought ok great let's get a new switch. Later on that week we had guys from 'Reliance' there so they looked at it and all that needed to be done was to have a thorough cleaning. Works good as new thanks to 'Reliance' (a great company by the way). There's no way I would ever recommend Bangs to anyone after what we went through!

Bangs fuel was willing to deliver propane to my off-grid location when other companies would not. The deliver on request and always available when I call or email to setup a delivery schedule. There friendly, professional treatment of customers is appreciated. I will continue to use Bangs Fuels and recommend them to others .Glenn ( Lanark ).

Needed my AC serviced in the midst of this summer's heat wave! Called Bangs and they were able to arrange a service call in a very timely manner. The Tech showed up as scheduled, diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Was very courteous and professional. Took the time to keep me informed as he worked. A great company to work with especially for those of us that live off the beaten track. This company has no issues getting to you in the winter with their 4-wheel drive delivery service.
