Had an asbestos issue in our older home, the crew at schoulten came in and took care of it safely all for a fair price. Would recommend and use again.

Really happy with the work done! The whole process was painless and the worksite was left even cleaner than it was before they started the asbestos removal. I received a call and did a site walk through within 2 days of my initial call. The estimate was delivered promptly and Graham and Brant were very responsive to any questions. I will for sure work with Schouten in the future.

Use this company!!! I wish I had done my research and gone with Schouten first. I originally had used a smaller company and noticed they weren't disposing asbestos materials properly. I asked Schouten Environmental to come and provide me a quote to finish the job properly (and safely/responsibly!) as well as mould remediation in my attic. I spoke to four different employees between booking the consult and getting the job done and they were all professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. The quote I received was more than half the price of the original company I had gone with. They left my home spotless, and I felt confident the job was done properly. When renovating my kitchen, I found a layer of asbestos flooring hidden under the top layer of ceramic.One quick chat with Brant at Schouten and he had a crew on site just in about two weeks. The two man team took care of the asbestos floor and ceramic tiling as well. They cleared and cleaned the 170 square foot space in about a day.It was a huge pain to deal with a surprise layer of asbestos. Fortunately, the Schouten guys remediated it quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
