First time here. The process was smooth and the lady who helped me was nice

They are always helpful and patient. They actually spend a lot of time helping me and resolving my issues. And they would follow up with me like they said they would. I highly recommend this broker and this location to anyone.

Pavan handled all my insurance needs, he was absolutely terrific. Definitely recommend this place for getting your insurance services met. They were really casual and I felt comfortable. 6/5 if I could rate it that way!

Feel so disappointed with this agency, the lady was really kind and made all effort to assist us, but when I requested she change my insurance to show my husband as the main driver now that he will be driving the car to work and not me, she stated it was better to keep me as the main driver because I had more driving experience and it would be less expensive. I asked her if this was okay since he was driving to work and she said yes. About a month later my husband was in an accident and now ICBC won't cover us because he was not listed as the main driver. I know I should have better knowledge of the rules, but I never expected them to give me false information. When we called them to let them know about ICBC, the man who answered the phone said that no one would ever do this at their agency and that he is the one who did our insurance. Confusing cause it was a lady who assisted us. He also went on to say that when a claim does not go well with ICBC. people always blame the broker. Nice to know that he thinks so highly of us people. I know that everyone makes mistakes and I just wanted some accountability from your agency, so it does not happen again. You have now lost our trust and our business. I never write reviews unless they are positive, but I don't want anyone else to go through what we are now going through. Please make sure you provide the correct information because people want to know that you have their best interest and expect you to be honest with them. Thank you

Great service at this place. Prince was very helpful with the transfer of registration and and buying of insurance for the vehicle.

I called these guys 15 minutes before closing time and they invited me in regardless. They got my insurance papers done within 10 minutes and sent me on my way. The service person was friendly and asked me all sorts of questions to ensure that I was well aware of all the new ICBC rules and regulations. I ended up getting a bit of a discount due to some of the answers I gave the agent. I was able to pay in full via MasterCard and they even gave me a brand new couch to put all my new paperwork in along with a nifty little pen.
