Purchased a product for my mother on April 12th, 2021 and the product did not work well. They were pleasant to deal and picked up the product the following week and was going to reverse the charge on my credit card. The reverse has still not been processed even though we have phoned them multiple times. Be prepare the have to call them daily if you have any issues.Update on my review, Katelynn from Ontario Medical Supply reached out to me and was able to process the refund to my credit card, thank you Katelynn.

My complaint is with the head office, especially the billing department. My mom broke her hip in June and needed to get a wheelchair once she came back home. The wheelchair was free until the end of July. She then needed to rent the wheelchair until she saw her doctor. Once she saw her doctor she called them back telling them she needs to rent the wheelchair again. she gave them her credit card number so they can charge her. so far we haven't been charged for the wheelchair. She's still renting. Three weeks ago we got a phone call but it didnt say OMS on called display. It was written Medical Pharmacy. The guy on the line had an Indo or Nigerian accent saying his name was Ronnie. He was very rude with my mom telling her he had knocked on our door two days ago to come and take back the chair. Nobody ever knocked on our door since we're always home. He kept harrasing my mom when she kept telling him she had already spoken to a lady and gave her the credit card number. He wanted my mom's credit card number. She refused and said she was going to call the other OMS number. i dont know how mamy times we keep calling OMS trying to get some info about our billing statement that still aint showing up on the credit card bill. i don't know it there is a lack of communication. We also keep getting harassed by the nigerian accent Ronnie guy. He even managed to leave a message on my sisters mobile number. We are getting fed up and confused. If we would have know we would have had this problem we would have shop around for another rental wheelchair place.

I believe it was Kirsti and Kerri that helped me locate what I needed. Had the staff been any friendlier, I would have brought them home to dinner. The ladies were professional and pleasant to deal with. I will go back there for sure. They even suggested alternate items if I could not find what I needed.

I’ve been buying my supplies from OMS for several years. My go to person is Kirstie! She’s always upbeat, polite and very helpful. OMS is very lucky to have her on their team! Thank you Kirstie! Very much appreciated!

I have been a customer at OMS on Algoma Rd for many years.I've had excellent service from all the retail team members I've dealt with - and especially from Kirstie for the last several years.Thank you Kirstie ! Your efforts are noticed and appreciated and make OMS my go-to retail location for medical supplies.

To be fair, my complaint is with head office, and not this particular store, but there doesn't appear to be any contact info. for head office, so I'll have to leave a review here...Belligerent and threatening collections people, without knowing the full story. I had a discrepancy with a billing issue a few months back, and it wasn't until I contacted THEM, fully explaining the situation, that they were even aware of it. I had left messages to have them contact me back, but to no avail, so I considered the matter resolved. Then suddenly, today, I received a very threatening call, demanding full payment immediately! Stay away! There are many much better alternatives available to this haphazardly managed outfit.... After my experience today, I would give them zero stars it that was an option....

Good for medical supplies, canes, walkers and wheelchairs but don’t bother trying to buy face masks here. You would think they would be stockpiling face masks by now but nothing. I did hear the guy working their whisper to a customer that there was secret face masks in the managers desk.

They supplied my mother with a rental and I would recommend everyone to shop there they had the friendliest customer service and treated me and my mother with the utmost respect. Once we no longer needed the item we were renting I called them and they came and picked it up. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for your great help!
