I went to this store with my parents a few days ago. No one greeted nor welcomed us. We waited a while to have an associate to help us. But she left us when my father was trying the shoes. We noticed there were two associates assisting another customer. My father called her to ask a question. They didn’t notice they heard. So, we waited till they are done. At the cash register, when he was paying for the shoes, the lady treated him in a very disrespectful way complaining why he called for assistance while they were helping another customer. I was shocked with her very unprofessional behaviour to my father who wasn’t only a customer but a senior.We would never step in this store as long as this rude lady works there. This incident happened on Sunday, Aug 22nd, around 4:30pm in case someone is going to look in to this.

Went in and no one attended me even though they saw us and some of them were basically doing nothing. Pathetic customer service. I went in to buy 2-3 pairs but after that treatment i felt like not even looking at what they have.

I lined up with my son for 30+ mins due to restrictions of max 9 people in the store which was not a problem for us. It's when we got into the store and noticed 5 employees were standing around and chatting amongst themselves. A lady approached us briefly to ask if we needed help and she seemed unenthusiastic when showing us their stock for kids sandals. You would expect better customer service especially when the employees outnumbered customers. Horrible service and never going back.

my sister and  i have been customers of softmoc at the queensborough location for many years now (over 7+ years). we’re loyal customers but today we when entering the store, and looking at the merchandise, we were accused of stealing. horrible customer service. don’t even bother going in. the staff is so rude. never going back

for me best service always thy are nice and the girl today working very good ty so much love it

Where should I start?Please don't respond to this review As IF you really care about customers or the reviews.Not sure about some of the 5/5 reviews here, they look pretty fake to me.I gave you the benefit of the doubt before leaving this review.I called you guys last Sunday after your employee with the great professional customer service manners" asked me to leave the store because I asked her for her name after she wasn't able to justify why my essential workerscoupon not honored on Blundstone shoes. I asked for her name so I can till their "customer service" about what happened.The rude girl is the shortest one there and she thinks she is all that with the power to ask a customer to leave the the store. And other customers stood watching in shock

I previously posted a 5 star review (a couple of years ago) and had been very pleased with customer service...this was my go-to store for sandals. A few weeks ago, I went in ready to buy a pair of boots. No one ever came to ask if I needed help but instead one employee was yelling across the store to her co-workers (grouped together at the till) and laughing about not being dressed work appropriate. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I left and have purchased my boots elsewhere. The store itself is not inviting as a pile of boxes is left beside the till .In addition, a family member from out of town shared with me her experience this past December. She was also prepared to spend whatever amount necessary for a pair of boots. When she found a pair that she was interested in trying on, the person that appeared to be the manager sharply responded that she was busy clearing water off the floor and that she'd need to ask the employees gathered around the till area (talking with their backs to the customers). She was so disgusted with the disrespect that she too left without making a purchase.I don't know what has happened with this location but things need to change quickly. If not, it will become another vacant unit up for lease.

UPDATE: Oct24Lots of people here. There are men, women, and kids shoes here. The setup here needs more work bec not loads of space. I think there are 2 attendants here but are a bit spread out so they can't entertain 6 crowds on customers. Social distancing was hard. Masks were required BUT -3 Stars bec they allowed people without masks in but the sign said required masks. Attendance were not trained to tell the customers to walk back outside and maybe attend to them outside the store since it is required for masks. They were only picking up or holding a shoe for them but atleast offer a mask just for those people who just forgot theirs either at the car or doesn't want to.-3 stars bec the staff clearly were not in control of the situation we observed in happening. I hope the next time I check this establishment everything will be a bit organized and under control with their protocols. It only takes 1mess up to spread. I will update stars if there is an improvement. It could just be that 1 hectic night we went to.--The store says until 9pm today (Tuesday) but they were closed at 6pm already. No signs no thing. So that's a bad thing for marketing. 2stars for now because we drove all the way to from Burnaby. I will update as soon as the people figure this thing out. Just sad, I like going to these kinds of stores.

Very nice and helpful staff, great selection and fair prices. Huge variety on the clearance shelf!

This store need a total customer service training. Even the mnger itself is totally zero customer service.. I went there to buy a pair of shoes for me and my kids none of them is attending your needs. Not even a smile on there face the moment you enter to that store. The mngr.will only look at you not even great you or put a smile on her face. And disorganized store.
