Don't hesitate to purchase from a far from New Life Sauna - the customer service is amazing!We purchased the Harvia 220 Duo stove for our custom sauna build. We also picked up several other products there (we drove 5 hours to get our stuff from Anton). His knowledge on sauna building and high end products is obvious and the ordering, pick up and generally everything has been very good. I was a bit skeptical about ordering from far (we could not get that stove locally) at first but once I saw how this company works i felt extremely at ease. I would order anything for pick up or shipping again from this company in a heartbeat.Anton has also communicated with us and made some suggestions and provided resources to help us achieve our goal (an exterior fully conveyed sauna / gazebo project) that we executed on our own. As the project progressed we had a significant problem with one of the main design components (door). Anton helped us resolve this issue - I have never seen this level of customer service. He was fast at his responses and I felt he gave us the best options he had. He also was very professional in dealing with the problem. I could not have asked him for more.The bottom line is this is a very good company to deal with from far away and locally. He can ship anything to you and his prices are fair. He has some really cool accessories. The Harvia stoves are extremely nice - i really like mine, Harvia stoves are the best. He has some very nice Russian products too - we are very pleased with our glass door and yes he shipped that to us and it came in tact (they have mastered the packaging process).The best thing about this company is the owner - he is a real person and he understands that issues come up.
