Cellicon Polopark

DO NOT BUY HERE. My phone was stolen and I wanted two things from a replacement - it needed to be unlocked, and it needed to work with Public Mobile. I found one at Cellicon Polo Park and asked if it had these qualities. The salesperson assured me it did. Great.I brought the phone home, popped in my SIM card, and was told that it was not a Verizon card. Okay, so I did some research and tried a number of fixes, factory resets, etc. Spent my whole evening trying to get the phone to get service. Nothing.So I bring the phone back and explain that I was sold a product that was misrepresented. The salesperson says it will work, he will try his SIM card. He does. It doesn't. He gets A DIFFERENT PHONE and puts in his card. It works. This is fine, right?Here's the deal though - I asked the right questions. I was given the wrong answers. I was sold something that didn't work and wasted hours of my life trying to get it going. I don't want to support a business that will do that to a customer. I just want my money back. I am told that phones are final sale. I say yes, but I was sold a phone that was misrepresented. He calls his manager, they talk, I am told that I cannot get a refund. If I want I can come back another day.So now I'm a full day in of messing around, no phone, out $200, and I have to come back YET ANOTHER TIME to probably get told that I cannot be refunded AGAIN.Do we need to talk about the other issues that the phone had, such as having the battery drain WHILE CHARGING, or the fact that the phone would display an overheating warning and that it needed to close apps because I was... going through the Settings menu? Probably not, but we should. Garbage, garbage, garbage. You don't get what you ask for, but you get what you pay for I guess.But hey, if it costs me $200 to make sure that a bunch of people know that they will get ripped off if they shop here? Maybe that's worth it.

My Iphone 11 screen was broken and i went to cellicon kiosk in polopark mall to repair it. The technician named robin fixed my screen perfectly. My phone looks like new again and also they gave me screen protector at half price. Very happy with their service and time and I am definitely going to visit this store again….Thank you.

All they do is rip money off from people. No customer service at all. I’ll suggest go somewhere else to get it fixed. Not even worth buying a phone case from them.

I went to the cellicon by Hudson's bay paid for a screen guard and I was first given the wrong one and then it was placed with bubbles and it wasn't properly aligned, when I asked for it to be fixed I was told to pay again for his mistake, I then went to the other cellicon by sportcheck and the person there was kind enough to fix it for me for free. The one by Hudson is honestly just ridiculous, service was horrible.

I enjoy this Kiosk! Got a phone? 9 times outta 10 their going to have the case to YOUR phone. I used to be really bad with cell phones a few years ago or they'd get stolen, or break or whatever it may be! I have bought 3 phones from this Kiosk in CF Polo Park right outside of Sport Check! The last phone I bought from the was only back about 9 months ago. I needed a newsed" cell phone because mine had broke. I got a great deal on a Samsung S10 (2019) for $329.99. I have since bought another phone

I bought a phone case and front and back screen guard for my new iPhone 13. I really loved the quality of it and price was reasonable. They treat there customers with care and suggest the reliable products accordingly

Arsh at the cellicon store at Polo Park is absolutely amazing, he can fix your phone in a timely fashion as well as offer a great selection of cases.

The guy who sold me the screen protector for my fold4 was nice, and professional. Its also a very good quality one and didnt try to sell me a cheap plastic scratchible one like a different place i went to.
