I have seen many Home and Kitchenware stores in my life. But never have I ever seen such exotic items. The detailing on these items was exquisite. To top it off, the experience was really good. I have worked in a customer service field myself for a long time and I've seen many people come and go. However, the lady at VK Empire was really nice and helpfull. When I walked in the lady working greeted me with a smile. She also turned out to be the owner. I got a really comfortable vibe from the lady and the store. The reason for my visit was I need to buy some pots as I had a famliy dinner coming up. Upon walking into the store, I saw so many beautiful things I did not know what to get anymore. But the lady helped me and gave me all the information I need and I ended up buying exactly what I needed. I got so many compliments for the pots at the dinner. I was extremely happy by the amazing service. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. I know where I will be getting my Kitchenware from now on. Thank you VK Empire.

We purchased our kitchenware for the 2nd time. We are very happy with the purchase as our guests have complimented many times. They have exclusive collections and its worth spending for the price. The store has lots of varieties. You will end up buying something for sure as it’s so rare and unique. Highly recommended for Daily use and Exclusive Receptions/Parties.

I was here about 3 months ago. The store is very clean and well kept. They have a lot of fantastic items to suit your kitchen and bathroom needs. Sturdy and high quality cookware and bathroom sets for an affordable price. And the owner's son went out of his way to help us, making sure to open the boxes infront of us and reassure us that all the items were not broken since we live quite a distance away from the store. And lastly as a thank you for our purchases, we were given a beautiful peacock keychain as a complimentary gift.

Thanks VK Empire staff for an excellent customer service. Me and my girlfriend recently moved into our new house and we needed to get some kitchenware stuff. VK store came across our google search for kitchenware stores and I have to say that me and my girlfriend were completely astonished by their service after our very first visit. The lady staff there took her time and answered all of our questions. We are new to living on our own but at the VK store, we felt like we have someone who truly listens to us and give us their best advice. Service was horrible at VK empire by the lady whom claim is the owner after all the argument she made with me about not to take picture while her husband whom told on my previous visit to take pictures and advertise them on internet. After all her behaviour, i will not suggest this store to anyone...
