Got a wireless camera with no user manual missing screwes and was not sure where other pieces were. Was sold as a working camera that was used as a demo. When asked on how the recording functions worked and if he could get me a manual he has not answerd back. When asked how the recording works he said check the settings. I've checked the settings and an sd card has been in the camera for 2 days and has not recorded a single thing. Now I'm being ignored.I would not use this company at all. Does not have good customer service at all. Seems like all his 5 stars are from friends and family. Most proper reviews I see are nothing but 5 stars but the ones that are not friends or family are like 1 or 2 stars. I would not use this company at all. Better off ordering things from wish..... may have to wait but atleast u have instructions on how things work.

Bought a dash cam and a phone case the dash cam works great just as it was listed happy with my purchase and the phone case is great too! Will definitely buy from here again

Terrible staff, cheap products that you find on wish for $5 but they mark it up and sell for $30. Sold me a home screen that is extremely unresponsive. This business is a joke and I highly suggest simply ordering off amazon instead of giving these crooks a penny of yours.

Sells low quality items you can find on wish for 10+ times higher. They are dishonest about quality and are making a fool out of anyone who purchases their garbage. This is not the way to make a business. I can understand a small markup but to sell $2 items for $30+ is being utterly evil and dishonest!

The absolute worst customer service I could have ever imagined. They sold me a screen for my iPhone 8 and it was completely unresponsive. I took it back the same day and showed him how difficult it made my device to use and he said I already paid and started using profanity. I would absolutely not recommend his services to anyone. Poor quality products and even worse customer service.

Had a terrible transaction with Apex Innovative Wholesale Inc.! They listed an iPad Air on Facebook Marketplace. I was purchasing for a friend who was picking up. I e-transferred funds to specified e-mail address. As usual my bank took awhile to process. In the meantime, Apex was threatening to call cops, telling my friend to leave, repeated the threats and scared my friend. Since the e-transfer was autodeposit, I couldn't cancel the transaction--it was just a waiting game for the bank to get funds processed. I have never been treated like a criminal before and we were very hesitant, in fact refused, to lose $200 by just driving away from the abuse.

We had alot of miscommunication and troublesome, but in the end the owner was very kind and reasonable. We settled a problem in the end. Truly a respectable man. I recomend people buying from this store.

Awesome service, quick response and very reasonable prices. Was honest with opinions and helpful with selecting the right products. Would recommend and use again.
