As a new and growing business, it was important for us to create brand awareness, get customer feedback and build our online reputation. We engaged Client Insight for the past year to lead us through the customer feedback gathering and reputation management process. The results have opened our eyes to the importance of actively reaching out to customers. It resulted in insightful feedback and many online reviews. When I realized I had not put enough effort into Google reviews, I reached out to Client Insight for assistance. But rather than just asking clients for reviews and testimonials, we worked together to develop a questionnaire to dig into our customer's experience. We took the opportunity to learn what people most appreciated and where we had room for improvement. We received very insightful feedback and quite detailed reviews. What I appreciated most about the experience was how collaborative it was. There was no cookie cutter approach. We worked hard to develop and actively refine the interviews along the way, to improve the relevance and quality of the feedback. I am very happy with the outcome and I highly recommend the process and Client Insight.

Client Insight continues to be a great partner for Legacy Kitchens. They have conversations with our customers to discover what went well and to identify areas that could improve. The information that they have uncovered has been invaluable for our business. They identify lots of great quotes and comments. And for the jobs that didn’t go well, their process is very cathartic for customers to talk to a neutral party. I think it diminishes some of the negative aspects of the experience.
