Cause its dirty and smells

TLDR- don’t work with them cause they don’t keep their word.As a dealership you would hope that those working there would be able to communicate with their customers effectively, this however is not the case. I called and talked to a gentleman in the “rental” department to get some pricing for a piece of equipment I required for a project. During this conversation he verbally told me the price it would be to float the equipment to me, rent it for my project, and float it back. I then told him that would be great and we arranged a date. I never received any paperwork until literally 1 hour before the machine arrived so obviously I didn’t read the whole contract as I was already on the site working. After using the machine and getting it floated back they automatically charged me a HIGHER price for the rental because it took them 3 days to pick it up after I informed them it was ready and more than DOUBLE the float fee that I was told on the phone and wrote down right away. I obviously called them to try to clear up the situation and other then taking off the $300 fee for a scratch (yes I got charged for a scratch on a rental construction vehicle that has one job of digging in the dirt) they told me that the float fee was on the contract (which I remind you I never saw until an hour before I received the machine) and would not honour the price I had been told on the phone.I have since been using other equipment rental outlets with much more success.
