I’m new here from Ottawa and although I found a lovely lady who does an amazing job grooming out of her house I wanted to try something closer to my house!I will never go back! My dog was there for over 4 hours and when I asked how long the dogs sit in the back before they start actually grooming them I was told 30 minutes! I don’t believe this especially after reading other people’s reviews, it seems to be the same “time” complaint from several clients and the same excuse given every time.I found the owner rude , she even told me that maybe I need to use a mobile groom service if my dog can’t handle 4 hours to be groomed!Not only was she groomed exactly the way I said I didn’t want her to be groomed when I got in the car her lip was bleeding from being cut during her grooming!I will drive the 30 minutes to my other groomer all day long for her excellent service!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and I have to say, the experience was amazing! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at home.What really stood out to me was how kind and attentive the staff were. They took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and provided me with excellent service tailored to my preferences. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched.Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a positive and welcoming experience. The staff are truly exceptional, and I can't thank them enough for making my visit such a memorable one. Thank you for everything!

They lost our dogs expensive collar. Would not apologize or take responsibility. Very rude service. Would not recommend.I can assure readers of this review that I did not raise my voice or be rude, especially to the receptionist as our only conversation was she said she’ll call me back and I said ok. The owner however was extremely rude as you can gather from the tone in her reply. This is not the type of customer service I expect after paying over $100 for a dog grooming and then losing the collar. I also do not appreciate being told that my dog came in without a collar. He always wears his collar because it has his dog tags on it that are required by law and his name tag.I think the owners response clearly shows the type of treatment you can expect here. As I said earlier, I do not recommend and sadly cannot give 0 stars.

BEST GROOMERS IN THE WORLD! They truly love and care for all of their clients. They treated my dogs as if they were their own. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend!

Absolutely an amazing job of grooming today. My 14 year old golden retriever hadn’t been properly groomed in over 9 months and she was absolutely gorgeous after her session. The groomer was very patient and put in a LOT of work to make my pooch beautiful. I can’t thank her enough!

I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience. When I had initially called I was told there had been some cancellations and that they would be able to take both my dogs in. Upon meeting the owner I had asked to pay with cash because I didn’t feel comfortable having my credit card on file and her demeanour completely changed. She then lead both of my dogs into their small back room where four other dogs were walking around loose.Several hours later I picked up my dogs who were both still wet, shedding, and untrimmed. The owner begrudgingly took one of my dogs back to trim the areas she had missed (tail and back legs). As I paid, the owners husband mentioned that if I were to bring them back they would increase the price and he then proceeded to tell me what his clients typically tip. I addressed my concerns about my dogs still being wet and covered in hair and he said “if there was more time maybe more effort would’ve been put in”. Note: they had been there for four hours.Perhaps my biggest concern, when I arrived home I noticed a red and bloody cut on my dogs ear. I called immediately to address my concern and Chris (the owners husband) was apologetic, which I appreciated.My overall experience was subpar. I would not recommend this establishment.Unprofessional, unprepared, dismissive.

Never again.They require all dogs to be there for 8:30 and take anywhere from 4-6 hours to complete the groom. Of course they are never up front with the estimate of how long it is going to take and never answer the phone. This is incredibly disrespectful of other people's time.The groom is not worth what they charge.There are cheaper and more timely groomers out there.

Great little hidden Gem in the South just off of Richmond and great help with a lovely little lady helping me get Zooey in the tub and very helpful showing me how to deshed her.

I brought my puppy for a bath and tidy today. Staff were very kind and friendly. The place is organized, clean and well decorated. There is a person on the front desk taking appointments and the groomer came outside to greet the dog. They did an amazing job with grooming. My puppy looksdivine, smells delicious and feels soft and fluffy. The only thing I’d recommend is that they do not over book if they know it will be a busy day or if they are short on staff, so that puppies are ready in 3 h or less. I came at the three hour time and he was ready but I had not gotten a call. Other than that, it was a great experience.
