Not impressed at all. Techs did a good job but the business part is run like a three ring circus. Did not like waiting almost a month to get our primary heating source fixed, especially in the winter, when being a handicapped senior person. BRRRRRR.

Friendly tech, but the bill was outrageous. Tired of these companies that charge & gouge for every little thing. 5$ truck fee. Like really? On top of the 139$ for a 15 min job. Not including material. First & last for me

The technicians were very knowledgeable, efficient and personable and did an excellent job! The team arrived later than we thought and the office staff could have done a better job of communicating with us regarding the delay but, all in all, we would highly recommend A-1 Chimney Sweepers.

Teresa at A1 Chimney Sweepers went above and beyond to meet my customer service needs in a timely manner, and was professional and courteous while doing so. She is a wonderful person to have as a first point of contact.Technicians Jason and Chris who inspected our stove and chimney were thorough and knowledgeable, and were patient in answering my toddler's many questions (as well as my own!).Independent contractor Daniel extended our chimney and saved us money in the process by taking the extra time to rehab and reuse the old roof brace which really helps the budget~ much appreciated Daniel!

The gentleman who came out was excellent, answered questions and didn't seem bothered. The work was done inside of an hour, that's for cleaning the box and chimney, as well as replacing a number of broken bricks!Only downside is the wait, took about 2 months from my first call to having an appointment so make sure you call early in spring or summer if you want to be ready for fall!

When they serviced my propane fireplace they charged a $5 TRUCK CHARGE for driving to my home to deliver an in house" service. They told me in an email it was for "wear and tear" on the truck and that they put it on every invoice. How is that the customer's responsibility?? My lawn service

I have been unsuccessful multiple times accessing this company or even receiving a call back. Based on responsiveness alone, I do not recommend.
