I have been visiting this location for four years, from the day I entered I was greeted by a well dressed and well presented gentleman named Ashe, I found out ony third visit that he was the store manager. My first two visits , Ashe took his time with me, was very honest, and was looking to save me money on almost everything I was interested in. From my first visit I told myself this was the only place I will spend my money when looking for work or mid casual clothes , I have purchased four suits, a tuxedo, shirts, golf shirts, cargo shorts, socks, jeans and belts because I know that if there are ANY issues or modifications needed, this business stands by their product and will make it right for you, which is extremely rare these days in the business world.For any out of town people looking for quality, value and top notch service, set your GPS as the first stop in Calgary. Let's start you off right with some white hat hospitality.When someone, or a business goes out of their way to make sure your money is well spent, that should be the biggest indicator that this business is a well oiled machine firing on all cylinders.If you choose to visit this location I am extremely confident you will leave happy and smiling, knowing that there are still some great businesses out there taking care of their end of the bargain.Warm regards to the Tip Top teamGary K

I really like the team here, they're very friendly and remember you if you return, plus they are knowledgeable about what they do and sell. I needed a button fixed on my new coat and they did so in minutes with no appointment necessary. Also the prices are far better here than in the competing stores in the mall, and from my experience thus far the quality of the brands Tip Top Tailors carry is no lesser than the much more expensive brands found in other stores. I will continue to shop here and highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service, no help from sales staff at all, asked for a gift package the sales person first claimed they don't have any then after being asked to see if there any boxes he found one and just showed it in the bag without putting shirts in the box. I asked for a gift receipt and the sales person gave the original with all the prices displayed #facepalm

Worst experience I’ve had while buying suits. An employee said don’t bother me if you’re not buying because he thought I was “wasting his time.” As I left the store I let him know he lost a sale and he just grunted at me. Train staff better and you’ll make more money simple. Don’t hire rude staff. Learn from Harry Rosen as they seem to care about their customers. They helped me throughout the whole process without profiling me and I finally made my purchase at there. So pretty much go anywhere except for Tip Top at TD.

Excellent customer service provided by Ash the manager. I got a great deal on dress pants a blazer. No pressure sales!

Went to buy socks and the salesman told me I need to buy 3 minimum, but the sign didn't say that. In the end still sold me the one sock by itself when I didn't want to buy three pairs. Kind of pushy atmosphere.

Polite, professional and courteous staff.I wondered into The Core Mall on a Sunday only to realize everything closed at 5, my fault.Ash, at Tip-Top helped take my suite measurements without any feeling of being rushed. He also provided valuable tailoring info with added measurements after I had explained what the suit was for.Thanks Ash!

Great deals on suits during sales, and fairly good customer service. Just make sure you have a physical copy of your receipt if you plan to return anything as they will not accept a return without a physical receipt. This is disappointing In this day and age where people are trying to be more environmentally friendly. Also the receipt does not explicitly state that a physical copy is required, just that you need to bring the e-mail receipt into the store =\.

Professional workers but the two times I’ve shopped here my purchases have been ripped, or not working at all (zipper).It’s disappointing due to the prices.
