TELEP Pianos & Clocks

We would give Telep extra stars for their support and honesty. We received a Grandfather clock from friends but with no instructions. For the past three months we have contacted a number of 'clock repair' places to no avail. Despite promises to come and look at it or we had to take it in, we were left in limbo as to what to do with it. Finally, we looked on line and saw the wonderful reviews for Telep so made the call on the weekend. Mike was amazing. Not only did he walk us through the process of getting it to work, he asked us to call him back in 30 minutes to make sure everything was working!! He easily could have said we needed a service call with a hefty charge, but he was kind enough to really help us. He did advise us that down the line we probably will need it refurbished but for the time being, we should just enjoy it. Thank you so much Mike for your help.

I don’t know where to start. Firstly, I’m delighted with everything in my dealing with Telep. Secondly, I didn’t buy the piano I initially wanted, but I bought the piano I needed, thanks to Telep. I couldn’t be happier with my new Roland HP704 Digital Piano. The sound is fantastic, so much better than the old digital piano I’ve been learning on for the last 5 years. I highly recommend Telep. You won’t go wrong shopping here for acoustic or digital. Shop local!

They were communicative; being in touch with us when they wanted to move the date to ensure good weather! They were fast, efficient, and recognized the emotional attachment to such a possession! We had a great moving experience with Telep Pianos! They moved our beloved grand piano, a Yamaha C5, which is 6.5 ft long and very heavy. It was done swiftly and painlessly, using good technique and equipment. We are very happy it went so well!

I emailed TELEP Piano Movers to get a quote for moving a piano and they responded right away, but then didn't respond to any subsequent emails (I sent 5 additional emails over almost 2 months). I tried to call as well, but there is no answering machine and if the line is busy it simply asks you to try another time. To be fair I did not try smoke signals or passenger pigeons, but I feel like email and phone should have been sufficient. Would not feel comfortable putting my piano in their hands knowing they could go incommunicado anytime. Bummed, and will be looking elsewhere.

I went with Telep for my piano move as I wanted to support a local family business and saw the previous positive reviews. They well exceeded my expectations with courteous customer service, competitive honest pricing, and high level of experience. That is not easy to come by these days. I would fully recommend.

just bought a baby grand piano from the Telep store. I received delivery today. He did a Great job from start to finish. Very helpful and informative at time of purchase. Made delivery himself making sure you were happy with it in your home, took extra care toward purchased item as well as surroundings. Highly recommend this store. Pleasant and hassle free.

Mr Telep and his crew did an excellent job moving our antique piano. I felt very comfortable with them in our house. He inspected our piano earlier to see if it was in good enough shape to move and gave me time to look at newer pianos before deciding what to do. He did not pressure me to buy something new and was very helpful with making arrangements to move our old beauty. I highly recommend his service for your piano servicing needs!
