Customer Service - Very friendlyPrice - $ to $$Tiramisu Pancake 9/10 - Pancake is a bit denser than Fuwa Fuwa Signature, has a nice somewhat dark chocolate flavor. Blackberry and Raspeberry fruits are a good compliment. Was expecting coffee flavor but it is somewhat lacking.Fuwa Fuwa Signature 7/10 - Pancake has a nice airy texture, it has an eggy flavor as well but lacks flavor. Whipped cream is not that sweet; whipped cream amount is generous. Banana is not that sweet, kinda expecting banana is sweet and it is not soft.Iced Nutella Hazelnut Latte 8/10 - It took a while before it became somewhat cold. Upon serving, the top part of the latte is cold and the bottom part is warm (the ice might have melted). Even though the ice melted, you could still taste the Nutella which is nice and it did not water down the drink.Mango Latte 7/10 - It is somewhat sweet. You really have to mix the drink to get the overall flavor. The drink is mostly milk latte with a bit of mango chunks at the bottom.

The pancake was pretty good, fluffy and airy and tasted great too. But I have given 4 stars because I was told it would take about 15 minutes. It ended up taking 50 minutes instead. And it wasn’t even busy at that time. There were hardly 2-3 people who had ordered before me.And the drinks are served in a to-go glass, even when you dine in. It takes away from that dining experience when you get a plastic cup instead of a proper glass!

My friends and I had just finished eating dinner at a restaurant and were looking for a place to have dessert when we stumbled upon Fuwa Fuwa.As soon as we entered the cafe, we were greeted by the comforting smell of butter and bright white and yellow decor that reminded me of eggs/gudetama! We ordered a strawberry lavendar iced tea, a mango latte, cookies & cream pancakes and matcha green tea & red bean pancakes. Since we were pretty full from dinner, the 2 orders of pancakes were a suitable portion size for 4 people.As others have mentioned, if you are expecting a dense, traditional North American pancake, you would be disappointed as these are quite the opposite. These are light, jiggly and not very sweet - the toppings add sweetness to the pancakes.We arrived at the cafe at 8:00 pm and none of the tables were occupied. However, there were a few Skip the Dishes orders during our time there (which I was surprised to see, as the whipped cream and ice cream aren't really suited for takeout). Three groups came in 30 minutes before closing time as well.I gave Fuwa Fuwa 4 stars because the price point is quite high for what you get. If I had come here for breakfast, I probably would have still been hungry. Also, I expected the drinks to be larger in size as well.

Great experience to this Cafe. Roaming around the area and found this gem, cakes & soufflés are so so good with reasonable price. Restaurant are clean and have great interior modern design. Staff are very welcoming, fast and will make you feel at home. Shout out to Pastry Chef Irish who gave us this unforgettable experience.

Japanese earls grey roll cake - I thought the piece of the cake would be decent considering the price i paid but nope. Too expensive, small portion and not so tastyIced mango latte - Something in this one tasted sour, not sure if it was the combination of milk and mango but I have had mango beverages before and none tasted like this one so I had to throw it out. It also spilled!!!!! Again very costly for the quality and quantity of the product.Matcha Tiramisu pancake - Couldn't taste it at all, thanks again to their wonderful packaging. Over priced for two small pieces of cake and two? strawberries I think. That's all i could see before it all went to trash.Fuwa Fuwa Coffee Latte - Didn't not get to try this as well because of their packaging and it had spilled all over the bag which caused the bag to leak and tear apart from the bottom.The latter two items were supposed to be my breakfast and being obsessed with pancakes I was pretty excited to try their pancakes and give them a second chance.Price 1/10Taste 3/10Packaging 0/10Wait time 2/101 star for the staff who prepares these orders.1 star because their poor packaging made me clean the floor of our house, got me distracted from how upset I was because the first meal of my day got ruined.NEVER AGAIN ordering from here but good luck to this place, hopefully things will improve in future.

Far better location than the Whyte Ave one. It's bigger, cleaner, and less crowded. A bit pricey for the portion, but I enjoyed their nice warm tiramisu pancake!

Food was way beyond expectations. Fluffiest, creamiest best texture on a savoury and sweet plate. Will be going back for certain, only slight was the poor service. It was pretty slow and we didn’t get the drink we ordered until we had to ask for the third time on the way out. Hopefully just new growing pains, food was worth it and going to try them again.

A busy place. The creme brule pancake tasted good. Counter service and order brought to your table. Be prepared to wait as orders made fresh. We were told that the wait was 20-25 minutes and the estimate was accurate. A little pricey. Plan to return to try other offerings.
