My order is 2 cream. How is this difficult? Two cream. I get black. I get espresso. I get weird teas. But rarely do they actually give me the 2 cream I’ve ordered.

This is one of the worst tim Hortons here in Halifax. Service is horrible, Staff are rude and there's multiple Food safety concerns.

My wife and I go here daily and have recently stopped. Constantly have to repeat your order, correct the cashier's behind the counter (even when it's not busy). The manager blames it on new hires but it's listening that is the issue. Today for instance, I ordered a donut and french vanilla cappuccino, I got a donut and a hot chocolate. It was too busy to go back in and I needed to setup for work. The other day was the first day that I experienced first class customer service and I don't even remember their name, but he was super pleasant, took the order and confirmed we had everything!! He should be the manager and an example of how those workers should be. Especially, in a society where they expect tips.

I worked at Tim's and it's not rocket science but ever since the staff switched over to mainly people from India the service is awful! The orders are wrong almost EVERYDAY & The Staff are extremely UNHYGIENIC not to mention the poor rotten attitudes! I Remember before the switch over when it was actually Nova Scotians working there it was so nice when you walked in it was friendly and inviting and my order was right almost every time it's so sad

In my opinion, this Tim Hortons Location is one of the worst I have ever been a customer at. Usually I do not post reviews but I’m willing to make an exception. This location has several health and efficiency concerns, this includes cross contamination of food, under staffed, and they have a reputation of messing up orders. The staff at this location are over worked resulting in sloppy work ethics including how they perform while working. I am also extremely upset with how myself and my partner were treated by the staff. Over all, would NOT recommend this location.

My experience seems to be similar from other people. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt out of convenience only. I never will be again. Toda was the second time I've been passed my black coffee without the lid and it's resulted in a mess and burns. I've returned to this place so many times with incorrect order issues. I've mentioned these concerns to managers in the store on several occasions but as long as they are quick they don't put any effort into your order. I was there a few weeks ago to order a breakfast sandwich and watched the lady place a cheese slice, sausage and an egg on the dirty cutting board. Today was my final straw after getting quite badly burned when my coffee poured all over my lap in the drive thru. I called but am completely aware not a thing would be done. Avoid this store. Make the trek anywhere else.

Asking for a dark roast triple triple is a Problem apparently . Cuz I ended up with a black regular roast ,no sugar , no cream . What's up with that ? Am working onsite and can not leave again that was my break !! Thanx

This Tim’s location amazes me anytime I give them the “benefit of the doubt”. I refuse to go to this Tim Hortons anymore. I did not go to this Tim Hortons for a while and sometimes like I said I give them the benefit of the doubt and it seems worse each time I do. The customer service is horrible. The staff are rude. The quality in minimal and this is the dirtiest and grossest location.

The app wasn't working so I couldn't get my free coffee or get any Roll Up the Rim to win. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and received a bacon breakfast sandwich. Not the best experience I've had at Tim's but it doesn't happen very often so I will return.
