Very nice, has a Macy's USA vibe. Cute clothes, very trendy. Wish I had more time to shop, I was only in Montreal for 4 days but I remembered getting great deals on a previous trip.

I found espadrilles at special price, it said available at stores, l went to Laval store, they said they don't have, l asked if they can check where l can find, there was no where in stores only wearhouse in Toronto, they did all the paper work and I received the item within 4 days, very satisfied, excellent service.

I have recently ordered a pair of shoes online which was delivered to my home from this location. As a first-time customer, I can safely say that I will not be buying anything else from your store. Not only have a received 2 different sizes of shoes but they are not even the same!? How is this even possible!? Clearly there is no quality check done when orders are shipped.

The selection here was maybe not as full as some other retail stores in this mall but they do have plenty of offerings. The staff is usually friendly and helpful and the store is clean and organized. They also had some great sales but prices seemed to be higher than usual for comparable items.

Let me start off by saying that I am fully vaccinated and received the booster shot as well.The large security guard from Securité Metropolitaine at the entrance is very rude when checking vaccine passports. I believe it is important to remember that we are clients who choose to come to your establishment to spend our hard-earned money. We should be treated as such.On a separate note, the selection is decent and the customer service once inside the store is good.
