Dr. Rachel has been an instrumental part of my journey to becoming a Mom. Through her care and guidance I conceived both my children and she has supported me through both my pregnancies. She is very knowledgeable, kind, responsive and thorough. I have always felt in great hands and she has helped me overcome several challenges I’ve had along the way. I truly can’t imagine not having her support me through conception, birth, postpartum and beyond. Thank you for all that you do, Dr. Rachel!

My experience with Dr. Rachel and her administration staff was absolutely awful! They didn’t respond to email communication in a timely fashion. They weren’t organized and I received very poor feedback, if any at all. Then they just stopped communication altogether! I’ve never been so disgusted with a professional and her staff before!! I do not recommend this particular fertility clinic!!

Dr. Rachel puts your mind at ease from the moment you start working with her. She is knowledgeable, approachable and is able to break concepts down in a way that I can actually understand. Dr. Rachel was amazing in helping me get prepared for trying to conceive. After removing my IUD I was struggling with some symptoms and she helped me overcome those and prepare to be in the best position to conceive when we started to try. Luckily her guidance and support helped and we conceived very quickly and are expecting our first child. I would recommend her to anyone - she is knowledgeable, caring and genuine!

Dr. Rachel was so kind and friendly it made every appointment so easy and enjoyable. She was very professional and knowledgeable, always ready to offer a variety of options based on my personal preferences. It was very easy to open up to her and so comforting to receive constructive feedback/action steps back. She took detailed notes and followed up with every detail to ensure I was on the right track. She made recommendations that worked well for me in my preparation to try to get pregnant, everything from what books to read to what details to track about my body, from what to eat to what complementary services I should look into. I wish I could continue to see her in Toronto! Stoney Creek, you are lucky to have her!

I first reached out to Dr. Rachel after a pregnancy loss, and it was the best decision I ever made. She's been a guiding light of not only information but of support, in many ways she's been along this journey with me. From pregnancy to the fourth trimester and beyond, navigating me through the ups and downs, of hormones, new diagnoses and finally feeling like myself again. I truly don't know what I would have done without her, how I would have found my way through the sea of information, and be able to focus on a treatment plan.
