Pumpernickel's

The food quality and quantity at this location has gone down significantly from last year. they now only give you 2 slices of bacon in their breakfast combo despite I opted out of sausage. Their avocado breakfast sandwich does really have avocado anymore. I try avoiding this place now.

My favourite sandwich is their famous schnitzel sandwich - a great value, and delicious, hearty, and filling! The line is a bit longer here during peak hours, but the service is super fast when you go up to order. Will definitely come back for breakfast or lunch

Last week the bagel was so stale I had to throw it out and today I ordered a breakfast sandwich which they would have needed to make fresh and she was pushing me to take a pre-made one and a burrito which I didn't want. I ended up walking out and won't be back.

I went to the TD location at 66 Wellington st west this morning in toronto and I was very disappointed with the service and the food.I always come her for the veggie English mugging breakfast sandwich and I add avaacadoes on it for an extra charge but today I was told I cant do that because it's the head office rules. When I told the lady that I always customize my sandwich, I was told that they have to follow head office rules and it cant be done.The sandwich was pre made and may be the lady didnt t want to make me a fresh one that's why she flat out refused to add avaacadoes on it. When i had the sandwich it was dry with almost no sauce and one little tomatoes. Very disappointed with the taste and service.Teo of my other friends had the classic breakfast and the found the potion size to be very smaller than usual and the home fries were dry and cold and so was the bacon.We are a weekly customer of this location as it's right under we were work but this was a disappointment and we are never going back to this location again. Poor service and food quality was poor too.A big disappointment for all of my team.

Their Thursday special ~15 bucks is something worth checking out! Bless the hands of the chef who makes this juicy chipotle BBQ chicken! These sandwiches with a side of chickpeas and potatoes are something I look forward to every Thursday.

The salad is really good and I tell all my friends

Just writing about an experience from October 2016.A coworker ordered catered lunch from Pumpernickels for us as we had a full day of intense team work together.I was surprised they would give us such legit-looking plates and utensils for a catered lunch. The food was delicious and healthy. It came right on time too. I didn't do the ordering but the person who came with deliver it was friendly.

Really good selection of hot and cold food and grilled sandwiches were amazing. Staff are also super friendly and there’s plenty of places to sit in the court

Went for lunch there, got the snitzel sandwich. Got the smallest portion of snitzel, not worth 10 dollars for the sandwich. Other locations I been to were good. But this one was bad. It would be nice to see portions ensured for every sandwich. Coworker got same sandwich his was regular size order. Mine was 1/3 the size. Bad experience, at this location.

Always fast and friendly service. I recommend the power set breakfast. Can't go wrong.
