Please don't believe all the fake reviews ramco is the worst company in the okanagan using the cheapest labour possible to make profits. No respect for the workers think they deserve to be paid like slaves

Enough cannot be said about this place! From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted and welcomed by some of the most friendliest staff and people my wife and I have ever met. Toni the receptionist is such a nice and caring lady. We had the honor in dealing with Brandon who is the sales and project manager for Ramco.He truly knows and understands what it means to provide exceptional levels of customer service. He is patient, understanding, and truly gets to know his clients' needs and vision. He offers a tremendous amount of help, suggestions, and thoughts but does not allow his own personal preferences to get in the way when it comes to selecting what is best for his client which really assisted us to make the right decision with our choices of flooring and tile. He is a down to earth kinda guy who is calm, cool, and collected. With all of the different styles, makes, and colours of flooring and tile Brandon has at his fingertips, he takes the stress out of selecting one that you will like and really makes the whole flooring selection process fun, enjoyable, and easy. He is extremely knowledgeable about each and every product he sells and is smart at selecting a product offering that fits your criteria. In building our first house, we are so happy that Brandon and Ramco are the ones supplying our flooring and tile.If you are looking for an enjoyable flooring experience with superb customer service, then go see Brandon at Ramco (or any of his staff members from his team).
