Ordered the special which was Philly chicken box, went to the washroom, came back to the lady handing me off the standard chicken on the rocks… found out once i reached home. I dont know why they have to resort to cheap acts like this.

What a rip off , the portion size is so bad u pay full price but the bowl still has room. Asked for extra garlic and u guessed it right it was still dry. Not great. I had better experience at other locations.

Order falafel on the rocks from uber just now. Paid extra for garlic sauce have not got it. It's so dry! How would a person can eat this? This is scam paying extra for it and not getting it.

I picked up my xl shawarma sandwich and chicken on rox today at 5.15 pm (may 28th 2023). I requested the host for the shawarma to be cut as it was large and she just said no as the owner does not allow. I don't understand I bought a sandwich and I request it to be cut and I get denied. Horrible service and horrible host who was rude. The host kept saying the owner daliah says no and does not care who requests!Terrible will never go

The staff got my boyfriend's order wrong and were giving him attitude saying that they know how to do their jobs". They didn't ask him what vegetables he wanted and just made a wrap with everything. They were making a big deal about re-doing his order

The customer service is terrible at this location. I ordered yesterday on phone for pick up 20 minutes before they were closing the store. There were two employees one guy and one Girl working yesterday at closing time. When I paid for my order and decided to check, it was too less portion size maybe it was left over when they were closing. When I asked them that I paid extra for cheese/gravy etc as you can see in the receipt, so why it was too less? I was told that it's the right amount arguing me. I have never had such a worst experience going on other locations. It was my first and last time visit at this location. They couldn't find my receipt on the system and took too long to give me my receipt when I requested. This is ridiculous that they had to make extra gravy for me as well as more Fries because they had accepted it was too less! They never gave me owner/manager information. If you kindly check your cameras, you would find it how they treat the customers. If I had to contact the head office to let them know, I would! If you are closing simply do not take customer's orders to save their time or make someone's day that they would want to come back to your business again thank you so much.

I can't believe the portion size I received from this location. I'm a huge osmows fan and get it atleast once every 2 weeks and whenever/where ever I do, they usually give a more than satisfying portion. The lady packed it so fast and closed it so I couldn't see, and this is what I saw when I got home. Avoid this location if you're hungry.

I got 2 chicken on the Rox and one falafal on the Rox (order no 27559) and The girl(may be operator no. Was 101) who fulfilled the order was very unhygienic. She didn’t even change her gloves. She was preparing the order and was attending the phone at the same time. The salad was not at all fresh and the cucumbers were not sliced properl. the food was also cold. Totally unsatisfied with the service and food. Will never visit again.

Was grabbing a take out order for a friend, arrived at the location placed there was a lady helping someone else with the food prep.A gentleman came from the back as if he just woke up, no Hi Hello at the time I placed the order. While it took couple of minutes for my food to get ready the lady just left the order on the counter and went back doing her different stuff. As it took longer than expected, I had to ask if my order was ready.It is simple to just let the customer know that the order is ready.0 greetings NO thank you NO HI Helloo !
