Just got my car today and I already can’t wait to give them a review. I don’t really post reviews unless I have topnotch experiences. Caleb and Will helped us with everything making everything so smooth. They were extremely professional, super friendly, and they reply to emails so fast, even on their off days! Also, I only had to wait less than a month for my new car and my bf waited only 2 weeks for his! Best people/dealership!

I just got my Mazda cx5 yesterday. I was searching for the car with a qiuck delivery time. Applied on their site but after they called I refused to work with them as the location was far from my home. Sina, the sales associate changed my mind as We discussed everything on the phone and by email. He really spent so much time for me and was so helpful during the process. I just went there for signing the agreement. They promissed to deliver the car before end of the May and they really kept their promise (almost 2 months after placing the order)the price was lower than other Mazda dealerships as I got quote from other ones as well.If you want a Mazda just give them a chance you wont regret.

i just bought a mazda 3 sport gt turbo! reno, manpreet and caleb were AMAZING throughout the process of leasing my first car. reno always kept in contact with me, answered my questions, gave me consistent updates, and even texted me while he was on holiday since my car had come during that time. he made sure i would get the car in the least amount of time possible. everyone made sure i understood what different offers entailed, and they never pushed me to purchase anything i didn't want and gave me time to think about things. they talked about what would be specifically beneficial and useful for me which was so helpful and i could trust that i wasn't being ripped off. i loved working with this dealership and i LOVE my new car!

Except the deal is slightly different than the original one and price goes up from Mazda Canada side.Services from Almit, Manpreet and Caleb are great. I introduced this dealer to my friends too. If there are referral programs to customers, maybe people can bring more their friends here actively.We were planned to get the car during winter storm. Fortunately, it delayed and we were safe. If there is any good deal for winter tires, I may buy it but not sure the price.Love to see how is the maintenance service later.

The experience that I had at this dealership was excellent! I felt at comfort talking with all the sales staff there during my visit and never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. The advice that I got for my vehicle purchase was sensible and I appreciated the honesty. Almit is a great salesman with wonderful personality and the team of Manpreet (financing) and Caleb (delivery) really round out the experience very well. Purchased a car from Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda from Reno. The experience was smooth and he tried his best to help us sort out the best car for us. Almit Bebi , salesman, charged me a $425 2 year prepaid package, that is paying for the third and fourth year of the app early. They said I could get it refunded but I have not been able to be refunded. If you go here make sure to say no to this $425 fee.They also charged me $500 for VIN etching and said it was mandatory.Otherwise this dealership is ok, nice showroom and they got me the car I wanted, but wow the employees can be slimy
