I’ve bought several new and used cars in the past from dealerships, although this isn’t a high-end dealership, their service sure does make you feel like it is. Bindan was an excellent sales person, very easy going, not overly pressured to make a sale and had exceptional communication and customer service skills. The small closing gifts/takeaways were very thoughtful and it’s those “extra” things like a bow on a car (although it was a used car) that make you feel appreciated. I haven’t had the need for any post-sale service so I can’t comment on that just yet, but the sales and delivery thus far has been 5-star. Will definitely recommend doing business with them.

Bindan mohan is absolutely amazing, great service very helpful and went above and beyond for my parents with their new purchase on a 2024 Acura MDX typeS ultra. My mom was so happy, I know my mom was well taken care of, got a great deal, and I know moving forward we will continue to do business here. I moved recently in Whitby, and this was the first time visiting Acura Pickering, the all experience was amazing. I have an Acura MDX 2022 leased from another Dealership in my old neighborhood, I renewed leases in there 3 times in the last 7 years, and I never felt as a valuable customer and as an owner of a luxury car as I felt in Acura Pickering today.The Service Advisor, Arash Arien genuinely cares about customers and excellence in provided services. I was watching him how he was managing other clients as I was waiting for my courtesy ride back home (extremely short wait time). He provided advice and resolved all the issues with my best interest in mind.Will definitely continue to come in this location to service my car and even renew my lease.

Purchased a brand new 2023 RDX today with Bindon, he was amazing throughout the entire experience and so genuine. Terry the finance manager was also amazing.
