Fridge died yesterday. Found the one I wanted here at a great price . Salesman Mike was great and it was delivered that day. Delivery guys were great and very conscientious. They removed my old one and got the new one in without a scratch, not an easy job.

Horrible place. Don't shop here! They don't stand by their appliances. Bought a GE appliance and it was dead. Service guys felt bad but store wouldn't take it back. They just dumped a bad appliance on me. I called BBB and reported them.

Terrible service. Bought a washer that experienced immediate problems on day one and they refused to take it back. Said I had to deal with the warranty now even though it was the same day. I've been given the runaround for 3 weeks and I'm a senior on a pension. I still can't wash my clothes and no one will help.

Very disappointing customer service. My GE range arrived DOA(dead on arrival). Through the six week process of getting a new range I lost all trust in Crown for resolving the issue. The responsibility was shifted to the GE warranty and the repair technician. The only Crown employees who expressed empathy or apologized were the delivery men. I will never enter the door of Crown’s Appliances & Electronics again.

I took delivery of a new lift/recliner chair from Crowns recently. Within the 1st couple hours, the electrical seized up making the chair unusable. Thank you to Mike Puffer for making a house call on his way home from work with all necessary parts to make things right. LB

Great family run businessstaff are very friendly and knowledgeablethose other reviews saying they dont stand behind the products they sell wrong. Warranties are always up to the manufacturers and not by the stores selling them.

Amazing service & quality products! Jason & Kari helped me pick some great appliances, and pointed out important information that I hadn't thought about (slight difference in each brands stainless steel, steam clean vs self-clean ovens, etc.). Very knowledgeable about the industry and always happy to answer questions. Best furniture & appliance buying experience I have had.

Thanks for going the extra kilometer, especially with your delivery of a fridge that required removal of house doors, fridge door handles and freezer drawer compartment, sanding down of countertop projections by 1/8th inch and other cabinetry adjustments to squeeze it in, all the while reassuring the customer---all without a scratch! Good work
