We had a WONDERFUL experience at Himalayan Kitchen and we wanted to let everyone know that we absolutely recommend this restaurant. KK the owner is the friendliest business owner who you will ever meet and you can tell immediately that he really cares about pleasing his guests. The food was great. We had the vegetarian samosas which were homemade and delicious. I had the chicken korma dish which was really really good. The colour and the texture and the flavour were perfect. I ordered mine medium spice level but next time I will order it a bit more spicy. All in all a terrific experience and we look forward to going back there again soon! Thank you Kishan and Deepak!

My husband chose a Tandoori dish and I had Baigan Burtha with added chicken. The food was excellent. Our server was pleasant but everything was a bit slow despite it not being very busy. He also spent more time checking his phone than checking on his customers.

Tandoori chicken is my favorite there! They even brought our delivery, right out to our car window- super fine service & cuisine! Such a treat to have a place like this in Quesnel.

Food is well prepared and tasty, but portion size in-restaurant is tiny! Ordering for takeout is about 3 times the size of what you get seated in the restaurant. Same price though. I'll keep ordering to eat at home, but won't bother going here for lunch or dinner.

Staff was great. As I don't know most of the dishes, the waiter told us his favorites and sides. The food is fantastic. We'll be back again.

Excellent East Indian/Himalayan food, the best we’ve ever had! Not greasy, not oversalted, medium spiciness was correct as ordered, vegetables were cooked to perfection and service was also excellent. Really glad we stopped in here as we’d never been to Quesnel before and saw the great ratings on this restaurant!

I havent had good indian food in well over 10 years, and wow, it was never this good. Dont get discouraged by the small portions, trust me its enough. The quality is truly straight from india, made by devoted chefs and an inspiring and friendly owner. The prices are very fair and affordable too. Its authentic thro and thro. Dont waste your money elsewhere, nothing compares

I have lived in Quesnel for 10+ years. I wish I had known this place was this good. The food is delicious, healthy, and attractive looking. The service is very polite, informative, and kind. I love the inside of the restaurant you come in you smell the amazing food and will quickly be greeted by a friendly smile and a polite hello. Best place in town hands down.

What a great fund! We rarely stop in Quesnel as we’re usually at the beginning of a long road trip. This time we really wanted to have dinner so we looked up local joints and found this little spot. Really lovely people and food was delicious. The sauces are so smooth and flavorful. The naan was perfect. Prices are very reasonable and the service was top notch. We will go again for sure!!
