The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Great selection for all age groups. They have complimentary gift wrap which really just made it's so much easier. Overall great experience, definitely my new go to store.

My kid just loves walking around and checking out all the cool toys. Some things seem priced pretty high but I guess that’s the world we live in.The gentlemen at the counter seemed offended when I didn’t want to sign up for their rewards or membership program which was annoying to me at checkout.

The selection is usually pretty good. Good Lego selection. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Gift wrapping can be a life saver. But you pay for the experience, so it's a little more costly than Amazon, or indigo as comparators.

First time visiting here. The girl at the counter was super helpful and really nice. Same for the manager on shift. Super nice and fun to talk to. Also found exactly what i was looking for for my nephew's birthday. I would definitely come back if i ever need anything just because of the incredibly nice and helpful attitude the staff here has.Thanks so much guys, u deserve the best!

Was shopping for a birthday gift with my 11 year old son. Noura was so wonderful. She was helpful and excited to show my son and I some fun new items. I liked that she spoke to my son and I equally instead of only talking to the adult. She wrapped our gift and seemed genuinely happy to help. Overall a great experience!

Definitely my new go to toy store, they have a good selection of toys to suit many ages. I love their email service with promos, great for birthday gifts etc. I also truly love the complimentary gift warp which makes everything so much easier for a busy mom. It took them under 2 mins to do that. I was very impressed by the staff. Thank you!

Prices are insanely expensive. They need to get competitive. Otherwise, a nice collection of various games for all ages. They gift wrap too.
