They held me up over a puppy I bought in Elkhart Indiana but they were just doing their job I was a little crusty with em but they were very curtious and got me on my way as soon as they could I have no grievance with them what so ever.

Great food and ambience. Loved Chicken Manchurian. Parking spaces are available behind the building. They need more people to assist I guess as we had to request for water twice.

Very bad experience here. Got a referral and had to wait in a line for over three hours. About 99% of the people were people of color, and all of the border patrol officers were white. Kind of suspicious. Totally inefficient use of our tax dollars. Learn something from the Canadians. We were through so quickly on our way to Canada and the agents were nice. The agents here were super rude except for one guy and wasted our time and gas. Great welcome home from another inefficient government agency.

Not much good to say. There's never enough lines open and you spend a ridiculous time waiting even in light traffic. Your tax dollars at work.

We had to wait a little for the car infront of us to leave. The Border Customs gentleman was friendly and asked us a few questions, happy with our answers off we went to visit my Southern family.

Are the lines long sometimes? Yes. Do they ask lots of questions? Yes. Am I glad that these men and women take their job seriously and protect the country. Yes. Thank you to those of you that keep us safe.

My wife wears a veil and they asked if she wanted a female officer to check her. They got a female officer and instead of checking, sent us to a referral line. We sat in the line for over 2 hours just to have them check my wife's identity. We had 3 young kids in the car going crazy because they were bored and had to use the bathroom. Totally inefficient. Without this, we would have been on our way within 10 minutes from the time we got on the bridge. Useless system.
