Terrible service. Sat in the drive through for over 20 min just to order. People(not in cars) were skipping the line and ordering ahead of those waiting instead of going inside.At least the coffee is good.

Took me 25 min to have my breakfast. Staff there don't have experience. Just go in town and it will be faster and won't miss anything in your order.

This tim keeps going downhill everytime i go back. A few years ago service and quality was great. Now, wait times are unacceptable, orders are wrong and service...... these kids need to be taught people skills. That and now its not even 24hrs anymore.

Really good coffee and the cashier was very friendly and helpful, she patiently helped me order in French. I love that almost everyone living here in Quebec speaks French.The good was awesome and fast.The Wi-Fi is good here also.

I Never waited that long in a drive thru. 35 min and I didt even placed my order. Another 15 before a received my coffee.

Literally no services. I've waited 10 minutes with a few other potential customers, nobody answered us. Employee came and went (serving the car pickup line) without even a word of excuse, even avoiding eye contact.

Absolutely the WORST Tim Hortons that I have ever been to! The first time I went I had a terrible time ordering in English and waited at least 20 minutes for my food. The second time I went, I decided to sit at a table and use the app to order online… BIG MISTAKE!!! After waiting 25 minutes, I talked to an employee to see what was taking my order so long. The employees don’t seem to know what’s going on with the orders and made excuses about being understaffed and busy. One employee even said they (the 4 staff working) were all in a bad mood because they had so many complaints. Where was the manager? This service was completely unacceptable! After I told them that I had been waiting 25 minutes, they still served other customers before me and I had to wait a total of 43 minutes before I got my food and drinks! This location has received so many horrible reviews that I’m shocked they are still in business! Avoid at all cost!

Im so sorry to go down that road. My intentions are not to bash on buisnesses for no reason but im very upset about the way ny order looked when i opened the bag. Keep in mind its supposed to be a wrap. On top of that it took 15 mins we were the first in line when we finally left there was 7-8 cars waiting.My order : 2 habanero wraps and 2 ice coffee
