Great store, great products, staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Very knowledgeable about what they sell. I purchase all my juice here never a bad bottle of juice other than poor flavor choice on my part from time to time. If you inquire about anything on shelf they are truthful and honest, yes they do sell a clone or 2 but they will tell you that well before you purchase. 0 issues with MOD's or hardware. Only issues i had were of my own fault and with research i quickly find what i am doing wrong.Great Job ECIG you have a customer for life, keep the clouds coming :)

95 percent of this business' product is knock offs and their juice is never the same. Every time iv ever bought a bottle of juice from them it's always tasted different . The staff at this establishment is also rude as can be, I would recommend any other ecig store in sudbury and probably smoke a cigarette after being off them for a year before purchasing anything from this establishment.

I had nothing but good experiences in the shop. I stopped in twice to the Val Caron location and twice to the Sudbury location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The ejuices taste yummy, not to mention very reasonably priced. There is also a VIP program that is definitely worth checking out.

Not bad if you just need a quick bottle of juice for your vap but they aren't very knowledgeable about there products. The old lady that's behind the cash most days can me very cranky and not a pleasant person.

Staff are helpful and have great customer service skills. No standing in line to be waited on and always service with a smile! My go to vape store...if they don't know they'll find out! Love their buy 2 get 1 free deal and the customer loyalty program too.

Love the shop but there's no website to order online?Update:I haven't tried online again since so I'm not sure if that's still a thing. I've been going in store a lot lately and their prices are fair and the staff have been very helpful, can't ask for much more then that.

Always make sure the attendant working sales gives you the right product your looking for because there is absolutely no refunds or returns a on all there products. I gave them $40 for a pack of coils which I left on their counter with receipt and walk out.

Amazing staff, they ask for my ID and even made me pull down my mask which I was surprised about but I like the legitimacy of proof they do for it as some place sell to underage people. So thats a plus! Additionally I'm new to the whole vaping and the staff showed me how to use a vape, types of juice, etc. First experience and it was great. Great staff, products and price. I recommend anyone new to vaping to go to this place. A great help. 5/5!
