Truly does have everything for sale that you saw on TV. Very helpful if they don't have it at their store they would call around to the others.

basically, when I went to Showcase the other day there was a cashier there who was very rude.I don't know her name but she had blue hair, and nose rings, and she was maybe in her twenties. Anyway, my kid and I were there just waiting as she was on the phone, minding our own businesses and looking around the store. I look back to see if she is done on the phone and she is giving us an extremely rude face, basically looking us up and down.I ask if she is ok and she goes on a rant about how she was just trying to show us what we were doing to her. I was shocked and overall confused, and her tone of voice and this whole situation almost made my kid cry. I was just trying to have a good time shopping and I think there was no need for her to do that.If you don't mind I think she should get moved out of customer service if she is going to be this judgemental and rude to customers.

Nice and bright store in the heart of Calgary Core Shopping Centre. Easy friendly staff. Eclectic selection of stuff.

Decided to checkout this store as I was walking through Northland Village with my wife + kids and hadn't been in it before. We knew we didn't have much time before the mall closed, so we rushed into Showcase. We were given a very warm greeting from a tall young man. As I wandered around the store viewing all the unique and cool As Seen on TV" products this store had to offer. He informed me thoroughly on the products information and prices. I must say his extensive knowledge of the items and sales skills were above par

The other blonde hair lady is nice but today I was in browsing through and saw another girl was working she looked like E girl goth type with mixed purple hairAs I was leaving she took my picture or something I saw her phone in the air trying to get a shotWeirdest experience I've ever had in a store completely disappointed the teens they hire these days who don't even have a sense of a customer and a potential thiefDon't plan on going there to shop ever again
